I order pizza this guy who took my oder was rude, he didn’t have his hair fully up. It looked like a mess. I waited 15 minutes to get my food and I seen all employees on there phones, except one he young. He was nice. When I got my order this guy asked me if I wanted my 2 liter of Pepsi I said yes, but the person who took my order didn’t asked for my name or number. My order came out with a door dash order. Rude employees need to be trained right. I never order pizza from there again.

Food is great, better ingredients better pizza. The area is a little sketchy especially at night which is my only complaint. That does not reflect on the service and staff at all they are top tier.

Papa, John’s had only one employee at their Holly Hill store today. He was super busy with orders of 6 and 12 pizzas, so everything was gonna be about 40 minutes. There should be more than one person at all times working in a restaurant.

I ordered a pizza, they messed up the order, and the driver must have braked heavily because what I got was a mess (see pic). Upon calling them, the manager insinuated that I was lying. I’ve ordered hundreds of dollars of pizza from them over the years. No more.

I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza tonight through my uber eats app. I do so about twice a month. Tonight, the pizza arrived hot, but other than that, all familiarity ceased. I ordered original crust, but there was no rise to it whatsoever. The cheese was either different, or was not spread thoroughly as most bites were obnoxiously cheesy. I called the store hoping the manager might be able to credit a pizza to me for a future order. The manager, Megan, while not overly rude was cold and not sympathetic to my issue. Not once did she apologize for an inconsistent product. She informed me that because it was an Uber eats order, her hands were tied and there was nothing she could do. I informed her that I worked for restaurants and that we would Credit guests with dissatisfied delivery app items. That’s when she informed me that she also has managed restaurants for “MANY” years. Tone unwarranted as I had remained calm through the entire phone call. Needless to say I will not be ordering pizza from the store ever again. I let her know I would take my business to Delcatos and hung up. Forgive the terrible camera work, but I am a quadriplegic and cannot hold my phone.

I ordered two pizzas to be delivered and they use Door Dash now, so that is who was assigned. When we got the pizzas one was basically okay, but the other was SHREDDED. Like someone turned that box sideways Anyways, I tried to send a complaint through Door Dash, but they said I had to contact the store. I went online and sent an email about getting a refund or just one other pizza and the manager was so cool about it. He apologized, said he would replace both of them, and we had a super smooth time walking in and getting them replaced. I know you can’t control everything and I feel like they handled the recovery very well. 10/10 service and the employees were super nice.

Tried placing two orders this morning. The first was with the Atlantic Ave Store which wasted no time in telling me to go kick rocks. They were the closest store to me. Advised me to call the Holly Hill store. So I called the Holly Holly Hill store first confirming that they DID deliver to my location. Placed the order and got a call 5 minutes later telling me that they DID NOT deliver to my address in the middle of Daytona Beach. Spent nearly 20 minutes trying to place an order and got NOTHING. These people spend millions of dollars advertising so that they can deliver nothing.

My pizza was great and this has nothing to do with the staff. This bad review is 100% directed at Papa johns for making their workers suffer. When I walked into the store, it was extremely hot. Immediately could tell the A/C was not working. I asked how long the a/c had been out and the workers said months. I’m appalled that a multi-million company would force their workers to work in such conditions. Not even portable a/c’s until the big unit is fixed. This is definitely an Osha violation, let alone inhumane. I bet anything that the regional managers and up wouldn’t be suffering in that heat… Papa johns, you need to do better for your employees.
