The new Papa John’s in town is off to a fantastic start! I placed an order ahead of time, thinking it might help me avoid a rush, but when I arrived, it was clear I wasn’t the only one craving their pizza. The place was buzzing with energy—organized chaos at its best! The printer was running non-stop with order after order, and the staff was working tirelessly to keep up.
Despite the wait (which was completely understandable given the demand), my food came out perfectly—hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Not a single error, which is impressive given how busy they were.
To everyone stopping by, please have some patience—they’re clearly doing their best and handling the pressure really well. Kudos to the team for staying so organized and delivering great food under such intense demand. Can’t wait to order again!

Is it pizza? It’s more like a cold disk of pre-made dough covered in sauce then a few toppings. All of it cold.
We had a pickup order, was quick to grab and only a few miles from store, there is no reason this pizza should look like it was cooked yesterday. This was so cold, even the garlic butter was a solid.blob Hubby shrugged and ate a few slices of the Works, he said it was tolerable, however the cheesy bread and medium pizza mostly went uneaten. And, the worse part was the cheese bread made a thunk sound when tapped against the plate. Hard as a rock. I was so excited too, bummer.

Placed an order today at 436pm for delivery at 545. 620 comes around still no pizza call and get told they are waiting on the DoorDash driver and pizza has been ready for 45 mins she said she would remake if I wanted to come get it. I drive down there to be handed cold pizza and told she couldn’t remake it because she would have had to cancel the order and redo it which should have been done anyway. Going back to Marco’s from now on.

This is a new location. I asked for double cut but was not. They only had one register to cash me out so pizza sat there an extra good 5 minutes. The pizza was under cooked. Won’t be back anytime soon.

I order twice each time the order had an issue. First time order was late over 30 mins., due to my gate code that I had given to the call center person but the call center did not give the code to the driver. So pizza was cool and Papa John’s remade the order. The 2nd time the order was not what I ordered and Papa John’s corrected the order. Just placed my 3rd order I’m keeping my fingers crossed
