My pizza was supposed to have extra light sauce with extra cheese and pepperoni, it was an online order but I called to verify they did it correctly. My pizza has more sauce than any of the other pizzas we ordered, not only if they’re not extra cheese, some of the pizza doesn’t even have cheese at all. The people at this location need to take some serious notes from the people at the Buena Vista Rd. and the Milgen Rd locations. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location prompting this review.

Ordered last night Through the Papa Johns app. The person that delivered it was a DoorDash driver who took an hour and a half to deliver it. I was pissed. I called them spoke to KB. This young man went out of his way to bring a replacement order within 20 minutes of our phone call.!!! Big shout out to him and his customer service! They missed the dessert on the replacement order however he promised to replace it today. And again he showed up today a man of his word… That’s customer service beyond the norm! Way to go KB thank you! Papa John’s Is lucky to have you!

I’m just making it my mission to review all these little places in Columbus and Papa John’s was directly in front of me since we’re DoorDashing it. We usually never doordash from Papa John’s because they keep the tip unless you order through DoorDash I don’t know if you already knew that but it’s true. But this was a good order and it’s not far away so 10 out of 10

I’ve never had Papa Johns before but my friend ended up getting it delivered and I was surprised at how good it was! We warmed it up in the oven and man it was popping! We got the 3 topping pizza with chicken, pineapple, and pepperoni! Yess pepperoni belongs on pizza! Nice pizza joint

Decided to get a pizza from Papa John’s today and they were very skimpy on the toppings. I ordered a large pepperoni, beef, and double cheese pizza. There is barely any beef or pepperoni on this pizza. I guess it’ll be a while again before I go back to Papa John’s.
