Ordered pizza at 7:42 and find out at 9:31 that the pizza would not deliver to us. They said Door dash kept the pizza. … the gentleman that answered the phone at papa John’s actually hung up on my husband when he asked for a manager and would even try to fix the situation nor have any remorse about the issue. This was our favorite pizza place, but we will never order from them again.

I must say, I am totally impressed with Papa Johns today. I work over night and study during the day. I recently started wearing reading glass so when I order online I make the mistake and order carry out instead of delivery. Today was a hard day for me for reasons not to share here, but I woke up wanting a pizza. I made the mistake and ordered carry out and I notice the tracker didn’t say OTW LOL, so I called the store. The manager had just came in and said she would see if she can bring it but she needed to check with her manager. Her manager came on the line and was like we will get it to you, I thanked him. The very kind young lady came and dropped off my Pizza and she said ” You said you needed to get to work so we were trying to get it to you.” That is real service and I totally appreciate it. Thank you Papa John and Thank you management team and everyone that’s a part of our Tift Ave Papa John staff. Thank you. 🙂

We enjoyed the pizza and the service. But Was a little disappointed when we asked for a menu and they don’t have one. We were directed to scan a code and it will take you to the menu online menu. Not really what we wanted to hear, we are of a older generation and not all of us have a smart phone.. maybe we can recommend them to make a few paper menus or have a sign that you can read like your computer have. There are two other pizza restaurants in Tifton that do have menus. You have my business if you will get menus…

Ordered a large works pizza customized because we don’t like pepperoni or red sauce, so got Alfredo sauce and a couple extras, but we had it delivered, wasn’t even hot, taste like it was made in 4th grade biology class. Most of it is in file 13. Lesson learned!

I order all my food with out dairy as I am highly allergic. They sent my papa bowl with cheese all over it.. I called and she (the manager) said she would make me a new one and have it delivered. It was deliver with no sauce just burnt onions and mushrooms and she put Parmesan cheese on it. I called back to have it refunded and she hung up on me.
