my daughter paid for two pizza and a build your own pasta bowl. 50.00 not worth it The pasta bowl has no noodles just chicken covered in cheese and bacon. Do better! Won’t eat there again .. my two year old grandchild could of done a better job.

Papa Johns is the best place for the best ingredients and the food is always amazing, Friendly staff, Managers are amazing as well. General Manager knows what he is doing and is always polite and friendly. Wont eat anywhere else other then Papa Johns. If your looking for a great pizza place well here it is you wont be disappointed.

We are visiting family and we’ve ordered from this location twice now. We liked the new building. Looked clean and tidy. The employees were kind and helpful. We ordered a large pizza and a papa bowl both times and we were pleased. We placed our order in the store and we were told 15-20 min. Our order was on time and we left happy.

Ordered on line at 4:30 PM for delivery at 5 :45 PM. Received confirmation email. At 6:30 I called the store and was told they had no delivery person working and they wondered why my pizza was still on the shelf waiting for pick up. I told them I would come in and pick up myself. When I got there I told them to remove the delivery charge and tip. After much trouble, they had to cancel my order in the system and recharge me for the pizza, less delivery and tip. As soon as I got back home, they called me to ask if I had picked up my pizza because it was missing from the pick up shelf. I then got a text to inform me that they were going to have Door Dash deliver the pizza at 7:00 pm. I WILL NEVER use Papa John’s in Americus again! Hello Domino’s!

I was really excited about trying this new location, however it ended up being a disaster. I placed an order online for 2 pizzas, which I never received. I literally waited 2 hours for my order ( 2 hours). I finally had to cancel the order and asked for a refund. The customer service was horrible. I don’t expect a lot from the fast food industry, but my God if you’re a new establishment the service should be at least decent. I will not be spending any more of time or money with this place.

My dad said he wanted pizza from Papa John’s so I called and placed an order. 40 minutes seemed a little long but the store is new. Plus we haven’t had a Papa John’s in a long time so I let the excessive time slide. However, my order being wrong after all that time I couldn’t let slide. Granted they remade my pizza but while waiting for the remake I had to deal with an employee with a TERRIBLE attitude and a parking lot that was worse than the employee. Why on earth would they make the parking lot that small for a building with multiple businesses? It’s so small the delivery truck almost doesn’t fit. I can only imagine what’s going to happen when the attached coffee shop opens. I already wasn’t a big fan of Papa John’s pizza but after that experience I definitely won’t be back anytime soon.
