The pictures below are from the first time I ordered this pizza nearly a week ago and the second picture of hot garbage is from today. This is my third bad experience with this particular Papa Johns and it will be my last as I will no longer be ordering from them. The first was an order that didn’t have everything I ordered, but as it was lunch hours I left it alone and moved on. The second time was during the recent hurricane and although I was understanding of the circumstances I never received my over $60 worth of food, nor have I seen a refund to my account that I was said to be getting by the management team member I contacted. Now today I get a pizza that looks like it was thrown on the floor and tossed around everywhere? No thank you. Papa Johns is a favorite of my family and myself and when I’m out of town we may still give it a go. This local Papa Johns however will NOT be receiving anymore business from me. My five year old even said this pizza looks disgusting and all the toppings are in one spot.
Contacted the store and spoke to Danny with their management team. A new pizza was made and delivered free of charge. I still stand by not giving this store any more of my business personally as I am strict on my three strike rule. Hopefully better results in the future and a better system put into place that might convince me to come back.

Ordered a “Works” pizza off the menu and selected “Well done” in-app (I like crispy crust). Not only was the pizza not well done, I would argue that it was under-cooked. The dough beneath the toppings was slippery and dense. Included a photo with the lifted toppings, cheese, and sauce to show the underdone dough beneath. I’m no health expert but I feel like that would have been risky so I baked mine for an extra 10mins @ 400F.

I have been a fan of Papa John’s pizza since early 90s. This one in Valdosta has been the most disappointing one I’ve ever been to and I have had them in 3 other states. This one is super skimpy on toppings. I will order them in Florida or Ohio where they are much better than here.

We tried to place a $100+ order through the app for carryout and the app kept saying they were closed. We walked in to try and place the order in-person and instead of helping us get the order placed, the girl at the counter walked away and didn’t say anything, a guy in a polo said to the staff “well guess we’re closed guys everyone go home”, then another guy at the register proceeded to get on the app, placed a fake order to show that it’s working, even though we showed them it wasn’t working for us. Not once did anyone try to take our order. We sat there for 10 minutes and they helped 4 other people who walked in, but did not once talk to us after this. I then said “is anyone gonna take our order” because at this point we were frustrated and the first lady gave me a side eye and proceeded to help another person. Absolutely horrible service. I’ve never left a bad review for anyone, but this was absolutely unacceptable.

Bit into this slice of pizza to find a sticky plastic disc, which left a chemical taste in my mouth. I’m guessing it’s probably from some sort of cleaning solution they use. Anywho, I did notify the store so they would be aware and hopefully be more careful while preparing people’s food. Store associate did offer to give me a store credit, but I declined as I won’t be eating here again anytime soon.

Almost $50 this is unacceptable. Never seen papa John’s pizza like this. Not sure if they didn’t let the dough rise enough, but they also didn’t add much cheese. I would expect that from Pizza hut but never here. This food cost too much for it to be thrown around before it gets to the house. Crust is not even the same

I live in Atlanta, made a mistake ordered at this store in Valdosta..Mr AARON WAS ABSOLUTELY PROFOUNDLY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND PLEASANT. THIS BY FAR WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN 2025! He alone made it worth being patron at Papa John’s! Aaron’s exemplary customer service skills is the pinacole & paragon of service!

Ordered an epic stuffed crust, extra garlic sauce, and a 2 liter. I received the pizza, the wrong sauce, and a 20 ounce. Delivery was later and food dropped off at the door with no knock.
