Pizza was delivered had no problem with the wait got the pizza noticed it was smaller than our previous large stuff crust pizza we had recently from the same location. Called and and the young man was pleasant said he’ll give it to their manager to help solve the issue and was met with straight rudeness from the lady who said she was their district manager. I told her I don’t want a new pizza just didn’t want to be charged for a large if it wasn’t a large. She went on the say that it was a large and she made it herself and even if it’s in a medium box it’s still a large and if we want another pizza we will have to come get and bring the other pizza. It was just really unpleasant especially since we was asking her to prepare a new pizza. But it’s fine we just know to make an extra effort to not order from this store. Which I’m sure they would enjoy anyways

We are done. A few months ago, they started burning the garlic knots. Asked to replace them and they did, with more burnt ones! Don’t have to be to smart to do that. This past weekend, garlic knots were burned again but this is what the almost $20 pizza looked like. Something changed there about 6 months ago. We won’t be back.

No one told my wife or me about the ” NEW ” spicy pizza sauce that you changed to. Your board of directors and decision making people need to cater to everyone in which I mean Young Group& Older group of people. We do not like hot pizza sauce on our Pizzas. Please give your customer base a choice between spicy and Regular pizza sauce on their Pizza or quit with the spicy. Thank you a use to be customer. And let me add this, you never ever delivered a pizza to us because we were always told that we live to far out from the store so we would go to town and pick it up ourselves. That’s how much we did love Papa John’s Pizza even though Domino’s Pizza would deliver to us. Just to let you know. Thank you for listening and I really hope you will fix this problem.

Took over 1-1/2 hours to get our pizzas. Called to check on order and hadn’t even left the store. The “Manager” was not empathetic whatsoever and gave the ole “We’re short-staffed” routine. I love Papa John’s pizza, however will sacrifice their pizza for better service elsewhere. Horrible.

I placed an order this evening that I never received. The gal at the store hung up on me twice, despite my patience with their deficiencies, without an apology or any attempts to reconcile the situation. They also attempted to outsource my order to DoorDash, who delivered my order to another house half a mile up the street. That person also hung up on me when I was trying to explain where my house was. Seems like Papa John’s has a lot to work on in the delivery department since I’m out $30 with no pizza to show for it.

One female, Caucasian Manager hung-up on my wife (all 5’2” & a a Saint on Earth!!), then LIED to me & said my wife, a GRANDMOTHER & a SAINT – did I already say that? – was Rude to HER..!!! That ‘manager’ then told me, when I asked for her name to detail a Corporate Review, “You’re DON’T NEED MY NAME!” With that level of arrogance toward me, I KNOW SHE WAS THE “RUDE” one. If this had Negative Stars, I would’ve rated her subterranean. BTW, we’ve been customers there for 8-YEARS & NEVER HAD SUCH HORRIBLE TREATMENT by THEM/Manager. TRULY PATHETIC AND DISMALLY RUDE ~ we’ll NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN.
