The door dash people are so incompetent that they can’t read a map! I live in a new part of the neighborhood called Hampton lakes on Hampton Lakes Drive in macon but Google maps takes you to the newly made part but stops at the entrance on Henderson rd. I don’t understand why they simply don’t call or look on Google maps and it’ll clearly show you the newly built portion and all the mailbox numbers for each house Apparently that’s too much work i guess. So now when I want to order pizza I have to remember to do it in the day time so people can see and won’t get lost but even in the day time it still happens

The business was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Restroom is a single commode in a unisex room. The works pizza and Tuscan six cheese bread sticks were well made though the crust on the pizza might have been just slightly overcooked around the edge. All in all, not a bad pizza for carryout.

I’ve ordered 3 times and all 3 times they didn’t bring my side item. I even called up there to remind them. Then I put for pizza to be well done and it’s not well done at all because pizza is soggy like it was taken out the oven too early. I had to throw it in the oven myself. And then driver showed up to my door on the phone arguing with someone. Just unprofessional and they don’t care about customers at all. Not eating here again. I tried giving chances but they fail every time. I usually don’t write reviews like this but this place is horrible and needs better employees.

The pizza we ordered had hair in it. It had to come from whom ever made the order because it was under the cheese and pepperoni. That completely turned me off. When I’ve done carry out before I only seen half of the people handling food wearing hair nets. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I have ordered from this location several times. I have always received the best customer service. I’ve been in the store when they were very busy and they were just as nice and patient with each customer. My order has always been correct, hot and delicious. Employees greet you when you come in and will come around from the counter to open the door for you. Kudos to this team!!

Initially, I had an issue with our pizzas not being delivered after I placed and paid for the order online. I promptly completed the online survey and emailed customer service. Since it was late on a Saturday night, I was not expecting a response on a Sunday. Not only did the manager, Shuna , speak with me on the following Sunday morning, but she also had two free pizzas delivered to our home the same day!
