This is a really nice Papa Johns! I placed a larger order in advance and it was ready on time and all correct. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and the customer service is good!

I ordered via the app when we were about 40 miles out. After placing an order, we immediately called the store to change the time. We spoke to Jason after being placed on hold for over five minutes.
When we arrived 10 minutes earlier than we requested…. the pizza was already prepared. Apparently, the pizza had been ready for about 15 minutes by the appearance of the pizza.
Jason did not change the time, as the pizza was obviously much ‘older’ when we received it.
I never complain about food in a restaurant, as I like to just create a review.
This place was very busy and staffing or operational flow….is not my problem… since the price does not get lowered for poor service.
The restaurant was neat and clean and everyone was nice…. but pizza was old and not what it should have been. And let us not forget….it all comes down to the pizza.

The worst pickup window!!! Can’t go inside because door is locked. Here’s is the worst thing ever!!! If a customer’s order is not ready, the customer can just sit at the pickup window and wait for their order. Talk about dumb!!! Why have a pickup window??

There was hair in my pizza. This was my first time ordering from this location and got completely disappointed. I am so pissed most of all because I gave my kids some and I bought it right before I had to go to work so I didn’t have time to take it back. They need to be wearing hair nets or not handle food at all. I thought I went to a pizza place not a barber shop.

Called in a delivery order for a meat lovers and cheesy breadsticks. There was hair in the pizza, the peppercionis were all brown and some of them looked like they had been put through a paper shredder. On top of that the pizza sauce cup that came with the breadsticks was only filled up a quarter of the way. When i called to talk to a manager about it, i was told the manager would call me personally. Its been 2 hours and no one has gotten back to me. Terrible service

The pizza I ordered didn’t come the way I ordered it. Pizza was cold and papa John’s is right down the street from me at the red light. Pizza didn’t have my ex 3- blend cheese on it the sauces was only across the top part of the pizza. The taste was still after I had to warm my pizza up. This papa, John needs a new manager that cares about how the food goes out to there customers. It was disgusting

Ordered food from there and when I call to enquire about my food, the guy put me on hold for 5 min. Then some lady with an attitude picked up saying do you want to just void the order? I said most definitely. Never going to that place again. EVER…..
