Ordered delivery for lunch today as I work from home. Ordered two pizzas, cheese-sticks, and a 2 liter. Honestly, this was the best Papa J’s that we have ever had! My delivery driver was nice and courteous. Our food arrived at the expected time, which was about 40 mins from time of order. It was hot, fresh, and our order was made correctly! The driver had forgotten my 2 liter and extra sauces/ pepperoncinis so he had to go back and get them and return. However, he apologized profusely and I could tell that it was a genuine mistake on his part, so I tipped him a little extra upon his return (which was literally 4-5 mins later). Overall, no complaints! Side note – Our food from this Centerville, GA location is generally always good and our order is usually correct – it was just extra good and fresh today!

I went in on 02/01/2026…. SMH, I ordered online a large 3 toppings pizza. Long story short, IT WAS DRY, and flavorless. Domino’s has better pizzas ! Maybe they forgot to add the Alfredo sauce, idk. But I won’t be returning

I usually don’t leave reviews, but for the sake of others health. I visited this Papa John’s for the first time, and witnessed the most unsanitary things. Which were justified by the general manager, they touch phones, computers, counters, and much more, and then handles your food. The GM told me that they cook the food in 450 degrees and that it should burn the germs. I waited on my order, which was done, but no one said anything, so my order was cold. I opened the pizza to observe it, when they gave it to me, there was not enough cheese on my pizza, and the bread cooked through the top of the pizza on multiple parts. The young lady was there didn’t offer or try to help at all. I felt very uncomfortable and unappreciated. I will never go here again.

Phone ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. After picking it up and bringing it home I realized that they gave me bread sticks and cheese sauce. I called them and was left on hold for a really long time. When they finally answered I told them of the mix up to which the girl had a very flippant attitude and simply said well they wrote the order as bread sticks. She offered no apology and no replacement. I will never spend my money with them again.

Ordered pizza for delivery lady said card didn’t go through, I tell her I will pay in cash. Pizza 31.75 I give delivery guy 40 he say he has no change. OK keep it. Go in house 2hours later bank send me a message that card went through an was charged. Call papa John’s an the lady says ih that happens all the time don’t worry .70 dollar pizza

Papa John bowl. 2nd time ordering and it don’t even cover the container.Not sure if this is a company wide thing or just this particular franchise but I will NOT be ordering it again. Papa johns do better !

My pizza fell out car. Went back praying they would give me one. Manage explains their not supposed replace pizza but she said if I can wait 30 minutes… she will replace it.

I placed a delivery order from the Centerville Papa Johns location. I paid $2.50 for extra cheese on my pizza. I received a pizza that barely had cheese on it at all. I called the store to speak with the manager and when I told him of my issue he responded I put extra cheese on it and he just sat there on the phone for what seemed like forever. I finally asked are you going to do anything to make this right? He said you can bring it back up here and I will give you half off another pizza. The pizza was a delivery order. Why the hell would I drive all the way back up there for another pizza?? Terrible customer service….

I had an awful experience with Nick who said he was the store manager, but Emily, another manager actually took care of me! I have a slight addiction to the Papa bites (pepperoni) when I received my order they did not have the garlic butter on top which is my favorite! I called ans spoke with Emily and she handled it amazingly!!! Fast forward to Friday 6/28 I ordered the cheeseburger bites because the pepperoni ones were no longer on the menu. I assumed that garlic butter was brushed on all Papa bites so when I got my order and there was no garlic butter I was upset. I called and spoke with Nick, who told me he was the store manager. I have never been so disrespected by someone who worked in the food industry! He was rude, nasty, and overall had no concern that I was not satisfied with my order. I was hung up on numerous times and felt like he could care less that I was not satisfied. After being disrespected and hung up on I gave up. I called back in hopes that Emily was working and she was!!! She was so helpful and apologized for what I went thru earlier that day. She remade my order and sent it out to me no charge. Judging on the amount of negative reviews on this store it seems like management needs a change. EMILY saved my business to Papa Johns. I was not going to order from them ever again, but the way she handled the situation made me rethink my decision. If you want this store to do better, my suggestion is to make Emily the store manager. Nick does not have the attitude and customer service skills to be called a manager. The level of disrespect from him was appalling. If it was not for Emily and the way she handled the situation Papa Johns would’ve lost my business completely!! Thank you, Emily for caring for your customers and making things right. I’m not for anyone losing their job, but in my opinion Nick is going to cost you way more customers not returning and that is a liability. Emily on the otherhand is a great asset to your company and needs to be rewarded for that!!!! She needs to be that stores manager. He attention and care for making and keeping her customers happy is top tier!!!! Emily THANK YOU for making me feel like my business matters. Nick should take some notes from you!!!
