I have no idea why any bad reviews, I’m extremely picky & can get heated over bad service (not my finest moments especially over rudeness if I have a complaint)! I have to say the lafayette store has been some of the best people, food we have eaten & the service has always been amazing, we had one simple issue out of the several orders & they were super eager to fix it. No rudeness just sweet ppl that were understanding. I definitely give them 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I’ve always had amazing service & everyone has always been friendly & professional. Like any restaurant we have had few hiccups, but staff had always been curious, respectful, understanding, & addressed & fixed any issues. Will recommend any day of the week.

Order a large all meats with onions mushrooms and banana peppers and bread sticks it was 35.16 when I got it home I had a medium with only pepperoni onion and mushrooms and peppers and I called this order in to the store and spoke directly to the person in the store so I want be buying anymore from this store and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone ever

This isn’t the first time they’ve screwed something up. I guess if you order a deal, then they skimp on the ingredients… I don’t particularly enjoy ordering a pizza that is half crust & half ingredients or that I have to cut myself…And, they left out the extra garlic butter I ordered. Very disappointed.

I come here to DoorDash everyday , busy or not people are always standing around on their phones n never washing their hands. I wait 20 min most times for a fort dash order when there are no other orders on their screen. People will greet you once n after that look right through you as you stand in the store waiting for someone to get off their phone n start the order.

Had LaFayette Papa John’s today, for the Super Bowl, and it was not good. It was bad. Very bad. We’ve had it before and it was great, and I know maybe they had a lot of business today, but the order was all messed up today. Pizza that was supposed to be buffalo sauce had pizza sauce, crust was burnt, etc. I’m sure I’ll eventually eat there again, but it WILL NOT be anytime soon.

For full disclosure, I have not been a fan of Papa John’s and this review is replacing a negative one.
We just ordered Papa John’s new Pan Pizza, and it was the only pan pizza I’ve considered a worthy reminder of what made Pizza Hut amazing in the 90’s. Pizza Hut’s pan pizza now is a criminal tragedy. Toss it, eat the box.
This Papa John’s pan is different, sure, but wow it’s good.
Online order system is improved and today’s product quality was 10/10.
