Everything was all good until I saw how the food was being handled at this location. Barehanded! Barehanded after wiping their hands in their clothes, counter tops, pizza boxes and more! No gloves or hairnets worn AT ALL! The customer service is cool & they do a good job getting you your order in a timely fashion but wiping your nose, coughing into your hands, touching objects and then touching someone’s pizza toppings is a no go!‼️I spoke to them about it and all I got was “we’re in a rush, sorry”.. no more eating here for meeeee!

A somewhat better than usual Papa’s order. Expensive as ALL get out for meager portions for just a regular pie.
If we weren’t tired and didn’t wanna cook we would defiantly not order from here again.
If you’re tired and have NO palate or taste buds… this will make the you know what happen. Other than a laxative and you just want a dinner delivered in 2 or 3 hours …. IDK you are on your own…

Oriana The manager took really good care of a messed up order today. No hesitation she did far better on Rectifying a bad situation with the order than DoorDash did. That kind of customer service will go far with her career wherever she goes! She’s a valuable asset and companies need more people like her!

Probably the worst delivery pizza I have ever received. Crust is flat like when you slam the oven door while baking a cake, one pizza was burnt, the toppings barely covered the pie, literally a 2.5″ crust ring. They did get the order right, amd it was delivered on time, but the quality of pie was a joke.

Terrible awful. I got my order delivered and half the order wasn’t brought out. The driver was super nice and apologized. She said they would bring the rest out to me. The driver then called me back and said that the manager wanted me to call the store and ask for Sarah. I did and was told by Sarah that they “could” bring the rest out but they were swamped and it would take a “long time” . So mund you they had already cooked my food but forgot the other box so why couldn’t the drive just go get it and bring it out. No I had to get in line behind all the new orders to get the other part of my order they forgot.

This Location gave our prepared pickup order to the wrong person and then acted like it was our fault. Asked if they could remake the order since we had already payed for it and that it wasn’t our fault they handed it out to a random person and they refused expecting us to pay for a new order.

Gotta give credit where its due. I’ve ordered several late night orders lately close to closing time thanks to my late work hours, and always hoping I get a decent meal even tho it’s late. My past 3 orders have shown up hot, fresh and well made. This store has been good to me and I appreciate y’all very much.

I ordered a pizza and some chicken parmigiana bites
The bites had so much grease that it went thru the box and made the pizza box greasy
There literally were puddles of grease in the papa box I couldn’t eat the bites bc of the grease
