This is the first time papa johns let me down like this. I order here all the time. I ordered cheese sticks with cheese sauce. They brought marinara. And my pizza was cold. Im so disappointed.
Update… 2nd chance and still disappointed … We ordered pizza delivery after 930pm. I always order from this location, it has always been a great experience. However, tonight we are extremely disappointed. The pizza wqs not done, it was very doughy. The boneless wings we undercooked and had no sauce on them. We cannot even eat the food. A complete waste of money, we really deserve a refund for this. The delivery guy was awesome, the food was very poor. I dont think we will order from this location again. Im guessing because we ordered late, we got a rush job. Very disappointing!

Consistently reliable and always hits the spot! This Papa John’s location has never let me down. The pizza comes out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it — every single time. The crust has that perfect golden crunch, the toppings are generous, and let’s be honest… that garlic butter sauce is elite.
What really stood out on my last visit was the speed and friendliness of the staff. I placed an online order and it was ready for pickup even faster than expected. The guy at the counter greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed before I walked out — even threw in some extra sauces without me asking. That kind of customer service goes a long way.
Whether it’s a late-night craving or a game-day go-to, this Papa John’s always delivers (literally and figuratively). Highly recommend!

I had been running errands all day and ran out of time to eat before most restaurants close in the area. I love pizza and had the idea to place a take out order before they close at 11p. It was after 10p and I was somewhat apprehensive about the service/quality I’d get picking up an order just prior to close.
I was so impressed when Even, the Manager, greeted me with a genuine and warm welcome. He didn’t appear frustrated that a customer was arriving so close to closing. Also, my husband ordered the pizza wrong and I was so disappointed because I only like thin-n-crispy. Evan kindly offered to make it right in spite of the fact that it was now 10 minutes ‘til close!
Hopefully, the owner of this place appreciates Evan and takes good care of him. We own multiple businesses and from experience can recognize a jewel of a Team Member!

Ordered a delivery and it never came. Called and the manager Tony answered and was very helpful. He offered to remake my food and made sure I was able to recieve my order before they closed. Great service.

Papa John’s has great pizzas. The ingredients are always fresh. You can add more or less of what you like on your pizza. Pepperoni is my favorite. Used my Papa dough on a Extra Large pizza. $9.00 was my total price for delivery and tax. Not too bad for a extra large pizza b

I ordered online for pickup and the process was smooth and easy. They were very fast making the order and punctual to their time estimation. We made a good few customizations to the order and I’m pleased to say everything was accurate and exactly the way we wanted it! When I picked up the order I had ordered a bottled water but they were out at the time, the young lady working apologized and offered to refund the water or let me have another drink in exchange, I took a different drink and everything was fine. I would recommend this location, they have excellent service!
