Me and my friends ordered a pizza on a Monday night. The order went through but they had just closed so we called and mind you… THE MANAGER said she would cancel the order and refund our money within a couple business days. The next morning the pizza was delivered so we called and then he asked us to come show the receipt. So we drove up there to show him and he still refused to give a refund? a little confusing don’t say one thing then go back on it.

Best Papa John’s Pizza we have ever had at any location. They are always so nice we we call in an order, and it’s always consistent and great pizza.
We ESPECIALLY love the cheese sticks and garlic dip. My husband will get a pick up order and has to have a taste before he gets home because he says it’s fresh, and delicious and he can’t wait.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Took about 40-45 minutes to arrive, but when it got here, the delivery person let us know they accidentally gave our pizza to someone else. She did apologize and was nice enough about it and had the manager in the phone and offered to give us the pizza they had (which was well done) for $6 off. I wasn’t pleased, but was ok with it. The problem is, this isn’t the first time this Papa John’s has done this to us. It’s not the second time, either. In fact, the ONLY reason we keep ordering from them is because other than Dominos, they are the only pizza place that delivers to us. Guess from now on I will order from the other pizza place.

So I wanted an easy dinner tonight with my family. I arrived to pick up my order and was disappointed. The workers were doing their best and some had a bad attitude acting like they didn’t want to do all the orders they had. When waiting for someone to greet me I saw the worker making the pizza constantly pulling up their pants and then immediately working on more without washing their hands. The flour all over their clothes provided me enough evidence to leave so I didn’t get sick. I will pick another location for dinner and definitely skip this location if all the workers didn’t see anything wrong like i did. We all went through lockdowns and some still have no knowledge of food safety….
