This location is bottom tier. I ordered a simple 3 topping pizza and they still managed to mess it up. I ordered a sausage, jalapeño, & pineapple pizza & they only put sausage. The cashier was rude & didn’t even greet me when walking in. I took the pizza back inside after seeing that my order was wrong & he said “what do you want me to do” & proceeded to just look at me like I was the person who messed up…I just left with my pizza bc I was tired of waiting 30+ min anyways. 0/10 recommend.

Inconsistent service, always mediocre at best. Half the ingredients missing from my pizza usually and takes extra 15-20 minutes after it says the pizza is ready for pick up to actually get the pizza. It is the only Papa Johns in my area, which is unfortunate cause I like Papa Johns, just not this location of Papa Johns. Do better!

Super disappointed. I usually am a regular. Ordered from there Dec 21 at 7 and had my husband pick up the order. Breadsticks weren’t fully cooked . Still had RAW dough in the center. The pizza crust wasn’t cooked properly as well. Pictures attached. And no the breadsticks didn’t have cheese in them .

For our orders, they were ready within the time estimated. There was inconsistency in the quality in work when we order the same thing two times, one time had few pepperonis that we were wondering if it was the correct order but the second time it was perfect. We like this location because they have a drive thru. As a parent with kids, it is a gem to be able to pick up things by car without waking up or carrying kids to pick up food.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with this Papa John’s location. I placed an Uber Eats order and five different drivers went into the store trying to pick it up. Every single time, the employees told them the order had already been picked up — which was NOT true.
After calling the store myself, one employee told me, “Yes, we have your order,” but when I asked if he actually had eyes on it, he admitted he did not see it and didn’t know what was going on. I asked for a manager, and that’s when things somehow got even worse.
The manager was extremely rude and claimed he didn’t even have any log of my order — which was obviously false, because two different employees had already mentioned my name and order details. When I asked how he could cancel an order he supposedly couldn’t see, he became even ruder. And magically, minutes after I hung up, the order was canceled. Clearly, he did have access the whole time.
The truth is they never made the pizzas and kept turning away my Uber Eats drivers because they were so backed up. Instead of being honest, they kept giving incorrect information and wasting everyone’s time.
Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again and I strongly caution anyone using Uber Eats or pickup — this store is completely disorganized and the customer service is shockingly bad.

Yeah..no..Save your time and order from another location. Service is always bottom tier and the pizza was not great – not even cut well. Also, the app showed that pizza was ready but had to wait for 15 min because I was told that pizza was “not ready”. Found out later that it has been ready and was sitting on the shelf.

We’ve ordered from this location for 12 years, the past year has been the worst yet. Orders are not even started yet after your pick up time. Pizza is undercooked. Gobs and gobs of cheese. Crust is always so inconsistent it’s a surprise to see what we get everytime. Waited an hour on a Tuesday at 5:00 for one pizza then they forgot the extra sauce cups I paid for, again. This place is run by teenagers that do not follow food safety protocols. Girl that was flipping dough had no gloves on and went to get my missing sauce cups and handed them to me touching my hand then went straight back to tossing dough without a hand wash or glove. I once had another location deliver a pizza to me with the pan in the box and I still hold that location in higher regard than this circus.

This place will tell you that your order can be ready in five minutes when in reality it will take 20+ minutes. Very rude staff. If you place an order online, they will put it to the very back of your orders and make your delivery person. Wait an extra amount of time. Never order from this place through DoorDash. In fact, you’re probably better off at some other pizza joint than ordering from this place because the pizza is mostly uncooked when it comes out anyway with lots of hairs in it

Good place for pick-up pizza! It takes a long time if you want the pizzas to be delivered to your home! But they are really quick on taking orders and making the pizzas. They just don’t have enough drivers, especially at dinner time. I suggest you go pick up and save the delivery fee and the waiting time. They located at convenient area with many parking spot. Servers are always kind even when they are busy.
