Guess I’ll start going to the location on Camp Creek…. I spent over thirty dollars on two large pizzas and Oreo bites. I received one large pizza, one medium pizza. Neither included the pepperoncini, or garlic sauce. Oreo bites didn’t include cream cheese icing. These items are included with the purchase. The service has been on a decline for quite some time, and now you can’t even get what you pay for. Perhaps if they hired folks that can retain what they read, we wouldn’t have to pay the price for it. I work quite hard for ever penny I earn and this is a blatant slap in the face.

I’m giving this papa John’s 5 stars because of a manager by the name of dae dae she is GREAT! She be in there most days by herself she’s not only a good manager she always has a smile and positive attitude. She get everyone in and out in a timely manner and I know it be hard for her some days with no help but she gets it done! This woman deserves a RAISE. The positive attitude, attentiveness and communication with her customers is AWESOME. Great job Ms.Dae dae See you soon.

I order my pizza today around 7pm i paid for extra Pepperoncinis with my delivery order , I didn’t receive it, when my pizza arrived it was under cooked , she gave me an option for a refund or remake, I went with a remake due to me just getting off work and didn’t feel like cooking after working 12 hours. I waited for my second delivery for about 45 minutes, when my pizza arrived, they had it drenched
In cheese with less toppings , they only gave me one extra Pepperoncinis for extra fee of 75 cents, when I normally get more..when I called back the manager team member stated I wanted extra cheese when I order extra cheese it’s never this excessive and she told me her manager was not on duty, who is running the shift if no manager is available?

Literally the only way I will order here is if Dae Dae the manager is there. Even when she’s there by herself (which is usually that way)she’s professional and shes the hardest worker I’ve seen. The night shift on the other hand sucks. They are always playing and it’s always dirty. I have no idea how they are open . One good employee and the rest is trash. This place don’t deserve that lady and the day she leaves so will a bunch of us.

I wish I could give them a zero….. They have some of the sorriest employees I’ve ever seen. You have people waiting 20 minutes and y’all are not communicating anything and acting very nonchalant. I hope the manager know how sorry the employees are.

I got the wrong order. I was On the phone for about 30 mins. I had to drive there and show up to the location. When I arrived to the location, I was still on hold. When I arrived the employees were dancing and socializing on their cellphones while people are on hold on the phone. I ordered 2 large one no cheese and the other only cheese plus a 2 litter drink. They were rude and said “I’m not remaking your pizza even if the order is wrong.” I will be contacting head quarters because after years of ordering here I refuse to get this type of treatment. If I could give negative stars I would not even any type of apology from them. Christi she said her name was “in charge of the shift” and they didn’t give me my drink that I paid for I definitely want my money back.

I received the wrong order. It had someone else’s name on it. To top that, the label on the box with the order details wasn’t even what was in the box. How can someone get so many things wrong ? Don’t risk ordering delivery. And if you’re picking up double check everything before you leave.

The ghetto. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a Ny style pizza for curbside pickup. Pulled up. Waited 15 mins after checking in. No pizza. I can the store. The guy answers and says oh yea its ready. I am off anyone can bring it out. He says “Oh naw…. u gotta come get it yourself”….. mind u i definitely chose curbside. And I wasn’t even acknowledged until I called the store. I get home and find out its a regular pizza. Not a NY Style. Never again. I call customer service. They say the manager will reach out. They have NOT reached out.
