I experienced very unprofessional customer service during my visit. The entire team appeared to be out of uniform, and my DoorDash order was not ready upon arrival. I was initially told to wait five minutes, then an additional eight minutes, while one of the employees was visibly scrolling on his phone instead of attending to orders.
Another customer had to remind the employee to put on gloves before handling food, which is concerning. While waiting, I also noticed that the front area was extremely dirty, including the ceiling, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation standards in a food service environment.

Ordered online Friday 11/21 and part of it wasn’t ready. In fact, unbeknownst to me, it had been left off for some reason. Brandon, the new manager, is the one who noticed and addressed it with me and took care of me in the process. He was very apologetic and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Really good guy.

My mother and I ordered the Garden Veggie pizza. One is a small and the other is a medium. Whoever made these pizzas literally dumped vegetables in the center of the pizza, instead of all throughout the pizza. If you look closely you can see that cheese was missing on one slice of the pizzas and was covered in veggies to hide the fact. The only good thing that came out of this is the server who placed my order over the phone because he gave me a discount.

The pepper was dry and hard, almost plastic like texture with no juice to it. The garlic dipping sauce had no flavor. The pizza had minimal flavor, and the only thing that gave it flavor was the special season packet and Parmesan cheese I sprinkled on top. The vegetables that were on the pizza tasted slimy and flavorless. My stomach is tight and aching and I highly recommend NOT TO EAT HERE! There needs to be new management or it needs to shut down all together!

Second time ordering that my order was done wrong this time pizza must have just been thrown in box or dropped. Instead of getting one of there delivery guys they used door dash and lady called me then started to drive off after handing food to someone else then said that she didn’t have my order even though it was sitting beside her. She didn’t however have my 2 litter. After calling store to get money back for drink manager says that I’m calling the wrong store even though it was same direct number to the store as before.

They clearly don’t protect their food from being opened by delivering drivers on UberEats. My driver stopped made a circle twice then ate my food. If there was the proper delivery tape that should have been used like it he week prior this wouldn’t have happened. Won’t be back.

I ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust Friday night to be delivered. This is our usual place for pizza and have never had problems before. This pizza’s crust was totally burnt. How could they not see that the crust, top and bottom was burnt before leaving the store? They had to see it and sent it out anyway.
