First, I never got the promised email with delivery updates. I had to call and follow up on the order. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. The driver was DoorDash, which is fine, but did they get the tip or did PJ’S pocket that? One of my pizzas was supposed to be half steak and mushrooms. It was 2/3 cheese and had one piece of steak. I will not be ordering from here again. I normally love papa johns for takeout but this is by far the worst I’ve ever gotten.

I love my Papa John’s pizza, believe me I do. But this is my second time being disappointed. First off, the pizza tasted great. I feel Papa John’s is the best in the business when it comes to stuffed crust. My disappointment however, comes from the presentation of the finished product. The is the second time in our last two times of ordering that the clear instructions to square cut the pizza is on the box, yet it was not square cut. It’s a method being my madness, and I need my pizza square cut to control my portions. Again, the taste was great. But when you have options, you prefer to receive what you asked for. We didn’t get what we asked for the last two times. DISAPPOINTED. So for this I am rating three stars. And sadly, because we come here often.

I have waited Since 2:01 p.m. for my order to be delivered, the door dasher just pulled up at 3:41 p.m. to deliver my food which I turned him around because I just spoke to the Sorry manager at this location who put me on hold for 10 minutes and when I called back I couldn’t get through I finally had to keep calling for her to answer the phone 3-4 times which she tells me the driver just left with my order. I asked her for a refund because the wait time is unacceptable for me. I’m pregnant and I have two kids that’s hungry. If yall can’t make people’s orders without a almost 2 hr. Wait time maybe this location should close down. This is by far the absolute worst service I’ve ever been given at a Papa Johns. This location is absolutely terrible. The fact she thought I should be okay with my order being delivered almost 2 hours past the time it said it would be delivered Is absolutely absurd. I should’ve been refunded my money and given my food for the despicable amount of wait time. Next time I will take my business else where.

Placed an order at 10 pm. Wrong order delivered around 12:15 am. Delivery guy left pizza on doormat, tried to make a dash but tripped on solar light. The following day when the store opened, I filed a complaint with a guy that claimed to be the manager on duty but refused to give his name. I will never order from this Papa John’s and advise you not to either. Very unprofessional staff!! I wish that I could post ring video!
