Order was stated it was ready after driving over waiting an hour still no food and no kind of compensation for the waste of time and gas. Manager just looking crazy, girl on the phone having personal conversation. No sense of urgency with a crowd of people. I waited an hour and half and ended up with no food. Now I have to go somewhere else to get food my grandkid. This is unacceptable .

Worst experience ever!!! The manager Jordan should be fired immediately! We ordered two pizzas they out sourced the delivery through door dash. Door Dash only delivered one pizza and they left the pizza on the floor and ants got in the box. We called the store to complain and Jordan (the manager) said “that’s not our problem”. We cannot give you a refund but we can offer a store credit.
Understand that we order two pizzas a week from this location. We have never asked for any refunds or credits in the past and to be treated as if we are trying to work the system is insulting. The manager never apologized for the service that she is supposed to be in charge of. She rolled her eyes and played with her tongue ring as I explained what just happened. This was extremely frustrating and I am shocked that Papa John’s (the company) would employ someone so under qualified for the job.
I would conclude by saying if this is what is to expect from Papa John’s moving forward then maybe it’s best we take our business to Pizza Hut or Domino’s.

First, I never got the promised email with delivery updates. I had to call and follow up on the order. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. The driver was DoorDash, which is fine, but did they get the tip or did PJ’S pocket that? One of my pizzas was supposed to be half steak and mushrooms. It was 2/3 cheese and had one piece of steak. I will not be ordering from here again. I normally love papa johns for takeout but this is by far the worst I’ve ever gotten.

As walked in for my online order I noticed not one worker had gloves on, literally touching pizza dough and the accessories with their bare hands. I’ll never come back again. Well at least to this one.

As a former manager in the food industry one of the first things they teach you is to greet the customer..well that doesn’t happen at this store especially not by the manager Tiffany! I have been in the store with 6 people standing in the lobby and she did not acknowledge anyone. They are busy making dough, signing out loud because they all have headphones in their ears, one girl with no gloves is vaping in the store while making pizza, the guy working the oven had his pants sagging so much I could see his underwear! And the manager Tiffany allows that behavior. It seems more like a hangout than a place of business! There is only one young lady there that actually does her job and does it well but she can’t be there 24/7

We ordered delivery and the driver literally sat out food on the porch. Didn’t ring the doorbell or anything. I’m not sure how long our food was outside because they were long gone by the time we looked out the window and saw our food on the ground. It doesn’t take much for bugs to crawl through the cracks.
