If you ever go to this papa John’s and you see this guy, run! He was very rude and agitated towards the customers, very aggressive and inappropriate! He definitely made my experience so unpleasant. I asked for his name so that i could make a complaint, he refused. He’s not wearing a name tag so i couldn’t give it. Also refused to give me a number to make a complaint. He called me names and made a sexual gesture towards me. I will never EVER return her.

Mr.Wayne , to Papa John’s corporation and Mr. Shaq to save corporation of Papa John’s, and everybody else’s job I want to applaud. Just person is working here at Papa John’s for outstandingly. The first thing he did was wash his hands at 4548 johnsborough road, sweet B Union City, Georgia. This is the first employee I’ve ever seen in any restaurant. Rarely go wash his hands first before they prepare your food. Quick pick up on a simple pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately the pizza was burned. I noticed that it was a little darker than usual, but absolutely did not realize that it was burned until I arrived home an prepared to eat.

I recently ordered the Calzone Epic Stuffed Crust pizza, with pepperoni and sausage, from Papa John’s in Union City using their online app. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an undercooked pizza.
Upon arriving home and opening the pizza box, I noticed the pizza seemed unusually heavy. To my disappointment, the pizza was undercooked with raw dough throughout. This made it inedible and fell short of Papa John’s usual quality.
Despite trying to contact the restaurant multiple times to address the issue, I was unable to reach them. After escalating the matter through the corporate complaint number, a restaurant representative offered a credit, but I opted for a refund, which I was assured would be processed within 3-5 business days.
The raw and inedible nature of the pizza was highly disappointing and not what I expected from Papa John’s. I hope this feedback prompts improvement in their food quality to prevent similar experiences for others.

Easy to order online, small inside 1 bench inside to sit down and wait, staff all look very busy, not greeted upon entering, helped after standing for a couple minutes (yes someone was available to help) well cooked wings were still soft and pizza has barely minimal amount of cheese

I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I NEED TO SPEAK WITH CORPORATE! I ordered a pizza and wings online for pick up . Everything was to be cooked well done. When I arrived no one acknowledged my presence or greeted me and there were 4 people on staff. As I was looking around wondering if I was invisible I saw a staff member making pizza with her BARE HANDS ! She actually grabbed a handful of pineapples, sprinkled them across the pizza & dug her had into another container of toppings! The ‘cashier’ then walked up, asked my name and grabbed my items from a shelf .. not a hot box, not from under a heating lamp, just a shelf. I asked him if he would tell the young lady to wear gloves when handling food and he told me they have a no glove policy or bare hand policy or something & that the other staff member I saw only had gloves on because she had a cut. When I arrived home 5 mins later my pizza was cold & burnt, my wings were cold & soggy and I’m mad I’m reading the rest of these reviews now instead of before I spent my money.

This was a horrible experience. Ordered for two large events across the span of two days and they were late both days by more than 30 minutes. We spent over $2k for food for these events. I called the manager each day before to make sure it was on-time. I even gave them a 15 minute window. The second order I had to send someone to pick it up 30 minutes after it should have been delivered. Horrible customer service and experience.

This Papa Johns is hit or miss. One week I have one of the best pizzas ever and a few weeks later it was one of the worst. Over the weekend I got the Shaqaroni and I was totally displeased. The pizza is supposed to be extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Instead I got a pizza with just a few pepperoni, even less sausage which I paid extra for and then there were bare spots, so there was very little cheese. On top of everything the crust was nearly burnt. The papadilla I ordered wasn’t much better, it was almost burnt too. I should have opened the boxes before I left, because I never would have taken them.

Haven’t eaten PJ’S in a long time!! Pizza was good. We tried the limited time parmesan crusted. It was OK, it’s very thin crust and almost too hard but you can really taste the parmesan. I wouldn’t get again. We also had a stuffed crust meats w/ BBQ instead of Marinara and it was delicious.. the ingredients taste so fresh! Loved the stuffed Oreo treats too!
Ordered again today and it was Banging! Tried the new Cool Ranch Papadias it was Delicious, the Philly Cheesesteak one is awesome as usual. Also tried the Papa bowl: The Italian meats trio
