There’s always something wrong with my orders at this location. But this time, and im sure this is more on the delivery driver, but my entire pizza was clearly dropped or thrown at some point before getting to me. And I let them keep the change as a tip. I’ve tried to call the store to resolve this issue, but voicemail 2 times. Definitely want my money back. This is terrible

I made a pick up order, and forgot to grab my 2 liter (my fault I was in a rush cause it’s cold) and they got out in the cold and still drove my 2 liter to my house for me.

Don’t bother to order from Papa Johns Pizza. Does not matter which location. Short Staffed…Rude…online tracker shows order delivery within acceptable time….one that time passes….still no delivery….then you get to call the store…get a overworked stressed out employee who tells you that they are short staffed and can’t get your Pizza delivered for another two hours…..so that’s three hours after initial order…End Result….Upset Kids and no Dinner. Personally this has happend multiple times. Tonight was the last time…..this is not the way to run a business…..

Haven’t had PapaJohns in about 2 years since I’ve been out of Country. Came home to visit and the first thing I wanted was papajohns. They didn’t disappoint. Used to order from here a lot when I lived in PTC. The Tyrone store seemed to be better imo and it’s the closest to my address for delivery. Anyway.
I forget that PapaJohns isn’t stingy in the cheese like Dominos and Pizza Hut so I ordered extra cheese for one of them. I’m a big cheese lover. Pizzas were nice and Warm. Although it did seem like the jalapeños weren’t baked into the pizza but thrown on the pizza after the fact. However, I just really wanted this pizza before I leave back out of the U.S. delivery driver was a really nice lady. I was shocked that they no longer bring the receipts to sign for credit cards. Thought I’d add my tip after delivery but thankfully has cash. Even when the driver thought I wasn’t able to tip, she was super nice about it telling me that it wasn’t a problem. Great service. Great nostalgia.

ordered some late night pizza. it had a lot of onions but it was delicious and hittt. employees i spoke to were super nice and the wait wasn’t long. hope the night shift employees have a great night

Do not buy food from the location, they spent three hours getting two pizzas delivered to my house when they’re located ten minutes away from my house. The service was horrible I got hung up on twice for trying to find out where my food was. Avoid this place at all cost. Hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever purchased pizza from and I’ve been getting Papa John’s pizza for 20 years.

I’ve ordered from this Papa Johns 3 times in the 2 years I’ve lived here. The first time the pizza was good. The second time the order was an hour late and cold. I tried them again tonight (7/18/25) and the order was 15 minutes late and lukewarm. I’m done.
