Do not order pizza here unless you want to lose your money! They got me for 50.00 bucks. I ordered two pizzas a couple of weeks ago the order was 49.97 I had to cancel the order because they did not have the ingredients for both of the pizzas. Now they are saying that doordash owes me the money and doordash is saying that Papa John owes me the money. I’m getting the run around so I pretty much lost 50 bucks! Don’t order pizza from these people unless you want to get screwed over and have to try to chase your money

I ordered a pizza last night for delivery at 7:03 and it said it would take 43 minutes to deliver. After about an hour I called and apparently it had just been sitting at the store and nobody sent it out . They asked if I still wanted it and I said it was fine. But I called right back and asked for a refund instead. They gave me money right back and I ordered takeout from another Papa Johns location. When I got back home, there was a pizza sitting on my porch in the cold. I told them they could keep it but they delivered it anyway. I opened the box just to see what the pizza looked like. Mind you I asked for sausage, chicken, bell peppers, onion, and spinach. And there were barely any toppings! I don’t know how long they’ve been open but they need to do better.

Ordered a few pizzas and wings for me and the family. Took longer than expected. When the driver showed up he said “sorry it took so long the guys saw that there was no tip so they let it sit”. Well I don’t tip on the app I always give them cash. I have spent a lot of money at this place I am very disappointed. Yes I tipped the driver.

This is the worse papa John’s ever my wife ordered pizza they ETA said 40 mins well it ended up being almost 2 hours we called the location and the manager was really rude instead of understanding she wanted to argue! Not to mention the pizza wasn’t just wrong it wasn’t even done!!! I hate that we have to spend our hard earned money to be treated like nothing! I hope the owner or somwhere can contact me because this is ridiculous

I was hoping the past reviews I’ve read were exaggerated, but they are not. Store #5380 needs to be shut down! Customer service is not a priority to the staff at this location. Associates are rude, unprofessional and unpleasant and clearly there is no concern of adjusting in order to better serve customers from the look of other reviews.

I ordered on the Papa Johns app and my pizza was never delivered, but the tracking said delivered. When I spoke to the manager, named Cassie, she was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive saying her driver delivered it. She kept insinuating as if I was lying about my order and after me continuing to explain how frustrated I was, she said she would remake the order but did not know when it would get to me because she doesn’t know how long the pizzas would take to make and hung up the phone.

As a manager, she could have handled herself better and communicated in a way that would have made my experience less of a headache and the reputation of the company intact. When customer service is as poor as what I experienced, no one wants store credit.

I would appreciate if more effort went into training managers how to communicate and handle tough situations. Replace the staff! Kids should not be working with the lack of training that they displayed.

I ordered Papa John’s today just to have something quick. The one on racetrack is normally where it comes from and let me tell you that place is so mediocre compared to this one.
I have not had pizza from Papa taste this good in a very long time.
Also big shout out to the delivery guy he was so young and respectful it was very much appreciated!

Last Sunday, January 26, 2025, I walked into a local Papa John’s Pizza to place an order for two pizzas. Upon entering, I noticed that there was a discounted price advertised online, which I intended to take advantage of. I approached the counter and explained my situation to the employee, highlighting that the total for my selected pizzas was significantly lower online—specifically, one pizza priced at $14.99 and the other at $8.99, which would have brought my total to around $20.

However, the employee informed me that my in-store order had been processed at a total cost of $52. I was taken aback and tried to clarify the situation. He insisted that he was offering me a discount and that my final price would now be $38, but that still didn’t make sense to me compared to the online deal. I questioned him further, asking if placing my order online would indeed yield a cheaper price. He confirmed that it would, which left me feeling unsettled, as I had never encountered such a pricing discrepancy at a Papa John’s before.

Given my confusion, I decided to reach out to another Papa John’s location on Zack Hinton near Racetrack rd to inquire about their pricing policies. To my relief, the employee at that store informed me that they do not have a similar policy regarding in-store orders being more expensive than online orders.

This experience made me wonder if others had encountered the same issue at the Hudson Bridge location in Eagles Landing. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the employee might have been trying to pocket the extra money at the end of his shift, which further added to my frustration.

Will never visit that location again and will share my displeasure about this Store.

I went into this new location and had the positive experience to meet the store manager. I was impressed with their highest health department score (100 A). Everyone was very friendly. The pizza was made with fresh ingredients and simply it was perfect. The wait time was reasonable and well worth it for quality pizza.

I encourage all to give it a try. Is a keeper.

I unfortunately ordered from this location last night, not only was the food later than expected, the pizza was not good. I asked for well done, and it arrived still partially doughy and soft. The cheese was not melted all the way, and the toppings were minimal. The saving grace for the one star was the delivery driver. He was in constant communication the entire time and I appreciated that. Will never order from this location again.

Never been here and the wife’s go to, Little Ceasars is closed for Easter. Got a large Works, traditional crust. Off the chain good, called in order, very polite person on phone. Pizza ready when I walked in. Really nice fellow for check out. First time here, won’t be the last.
