I ordered the philly cheese steak pizza carryout i added jalapeño peppers and extra cheese when I picked up the pizza i noticed it was way too many jalapeños and bell peppers all i seen on the pizza was extra cheese and green stuff ( jalapeños and bell peppers) I almost said something to the lady about the pizza as she was ringing me up but I thought to myself hopefully this pizza has equal amount of meat as the cheese and peppers I get home and take a bite and as I thought HARDLY NO MEAT ON MY PIZZA u might as well say I ordered a cheese pizza with peppers and onions what a waste of my money and time especially since I got out in the rain to get this pizza DO BETTER PAPA JOHN’S stop being stingy with the ingredients (meat) when people are paying for it
P.S. and the pizza is dry barley no sauce on the pizza somebody needs to be re trained how to make pizza ♀️

Being a Friday, I called at 4:14 to order 2 pizzas for 5:45 delivery. At 5:55 I called and was told the pizza was ready but no drivers were available. At 6:24 I called again and was told they were still waiting on a driver. At 6:30 a text said delivery was 14 minutes away, and at 6:40 the “cold,” as in not-even-warm pizza arrived. We were given a refund and just served our guests a salad. Very disappointed. What’s up Papa John’s? You used to be so much better.

I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s for years and never had an issue until recently. Over the past month, I placed two separate orders and neither was delivered.
The first time, I was told there was a system issue. The second time, the order was already late and when I called the store, no one answered at all.
On both occasions, I waited over an hour and then had to find food elsewhere at the last minute. No communication, no follow-up, no accountability.
This is extremely disappointing given my long history as a customer. Until this is resolved, I would absolutely avoid ordering from here.

When you call and order a pizza they have outsourced it to a foreign call station that can barely speak English. Also when did they stop giving garlic butter with the pizza? They made me pay for it. I thought Papa John’s was known for the garlic butter that comes with the pizza. The people at the store are nice and friendly but the ordering experience sucks now. I will definitely be ordering dominos from now on

The people where nice and gave us 2 extra ranch dipping sauce. The food is a fair price and you could eat it the next day. 11/10 will buy again.

I typically don’t do reviews, this was was a situation that could have been resolved cordially. Ordered two pizzas and wings and received the wrong order. No problem, when we called the restaurant to speak with the manager Aniyah to resolve the situation she said I will have the wings right out, since that’s all we were missing. But the pizzas were wrong and the other customer was affected as well. An hour later the wings showed and extra pizzas. We paid for two medium pizzas and an order of wings, ended up with 2 large and two medium pizzas and wings. Bad service ends up being free food so do better papa John’s on crosstown Peachtree city. And as a manager on duty don’t hang up when someone is speaking, very unprofessional. The second round of food was great!

We had a birthday party and called a few days in advance to place a big order. Papa John’s delivered early and did not disappoint us! The pizza was exactly what we asked for and the delivery driver took the pizza out of the bags and put it on the table for us. She was very kind. Overall, great job!

Ordering to this place is like playing a game of Russian roulette you never know if your pizza is gonna be good and crispy or Cold soggy, most of the time being 2nd option, I used to always order here (usually delivery) and whenever I do, most of the time either my pizza is cold or it’s the wrong order, one time I ordered pizza and some cookies and when I opened it, half the pizza was gone and someone took a bite out of one of the cookies, I asked the manager Linda and she said She would see who Took my delivery and tell Grubhub about it, Spoiler Alert: They never found out who took my order, and since that day I haven’t ordered from this place (that was 13 years ago), Now even though that was so long ago, I just want to give people a head’s up about this place, just don’t eat here and the guy I delivered from is long gone (not dead). Nowadays I just Order from a different and way better papa john’s up in Tyrone ga, I don’t care how long the drive.
