When you have a cashier and manager yelling at you I think it’s enough.. Everytime I order I get extra cheese & extra three cheese, I also get well done. The rolls are always more well done than our pizza. Also the extra cheese is just never there ever. When you say something to the team you just get attitude or your pizza remade like the first picture. The customer service and disrespect from the cashier down to the white female manager should be studied. It’s obvious they are use to giving out food that looks like this. The pictures below are pictures of the last 5 orders I’ve order whenever they are present.

Be careful about giving them directions. I was a quarter mile away from said location. The hotel was right down the street. I gave them the name of hotel and room number. Make a long story short I ordered at 8:30 and got my pizza at 10:30. I would’ve canceled the order, but I ordered online with a credit card. They sent the driver somewhere to exit up to some crazy address that I never gave them. I simply told him I was at the hotel adjacent to them in the same parking lot room 710 and they blew it

We ordered a pizza to our hotel about 30mins before closing. The order details included our hotel name, room number, and a request to call us so we can meet the delivery person in the lobby. After the delivery tracking app showed the correct address but had the marker in the wrong spot, we tried calling to correct their delivery location. After numerous calls, we still couldn’t get anyone to answer. Then they closed. We also kept calling the delivery person’s number with no answer and a message saying their voicemail was full. We figured they would notice the pizza was at the wrong location when they saw that they were not at a hotel. We also thought they would call since that was the direction given. Wrong. We got a message saying the pizza was delivered and it hadn’t been. About ten minutes later we got a call from a resident who had our pizza. We drove 16 minutes to get our pizza from this random residence. We had no dipping sauces despite ordering two. The garlic knots were burnt. The half veggie pizza had meat from the meat half on all of the slices. And of course, it was all cold. We had ordered at 9:30 and finally had our pizza in our room at 11pm. We had been driving all day and had a hungry kid in the hotel room. I was extremely disappointed by the poor service provided and the quality of the food.

Worst service ever!! If I could give this location a negative -100 then that’s what they deserve. They brought me a burnt pizza and I called to complain about it and they never offered to make me another one!! I asked for it to be refunded and the manager/Katelynd said that it would be refunded, 4 days later still no refund. I spoke with the General Manager who did not even listen to my concern. If Shaq owns this location then I hope he fires the staff and start over because they are not providing any customer service at all. This location should be closed!!! Go and read all of the negative reviews!!!
Why would you give someone a burnt pizza?? Your dog would not eat burnt pizza!!! Customer service is not provided at this location or the location at Racetrack Road!! I will never support Papa John’s again!!!! If you want good pizza or good customer service then you better try somewhere else! The pizza was garbage!!

The store had forgotten our 2 liter soda, and I dreaded contacting the store since customer service is so scarce now. However, I am so glad I called the store because I was able to interact with Sebastian. This young man was nothing short than friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I could hear his smile over the phone. I was beyond impressed with how he ensured that a driver would come and deliver our drink that we didn’t receive. Ebony, his manager was also amazing, positive and professional as well, and I can tell she genuinely appreciates and cares for her team. I am grateful that I switched my family from Domino’s Pizza to Papa Johns and plan to convert others to this amazing organization as well. Thank you for being wonderful from your taste and your service.

Time and time again, the pizza is really bad. There is one time where there was an older man working by himself and my pizza was made perfectly and very good, but I don’t see him often. If the younger people are on staff, the pizza is likely to be straight trash. The last time I ordered I asked for double the meat since this location barely puts toppings on the pizza, I was charged for double the meat and still only got like 3 pieces of meat on each slice. The pizza is thinner than it used to be also. Just a mess! I used to love Papa John’s, but they have really gone down hill.

We ordered on the papa’s app and it was delivered through door dash. The delivery driver never knocked on the door and just left it outside in the cold rain. When I called the store the manager said “after it leaves the store with door dash it’s out of my hands”. They chose to use door dash, not me. I will not be ordering from here again and if you need to make sure to only do carry out.
