Gave clear directions, but, apparently, that wasn’t enough. My phone number is also on the label on the pizza box and the driver didn’t even bother to call when she didn’t see me. Keep in mind, she had her phone (I saw it when she got out the car). Instead, she decided to leave. She told the person at the store and guess what? No one bothered to tell me. I had to call the store myself when the order took over an hour. The ETA kept changing, and I couldn’t track my order, so that didn’t help. Of course, when the food arrived it was cold. Maybe hire people with common sense.

store #4774 is so used to ppl settling for anything it’s ridiculous. I Ordered extra items did not receive them big fella (manager)stated the more items harder it is to stack..I replied as long all the meat items are doubled as requested…I got a refund and left it there for that basic crap they tried to pull…a full 14” pie should fit my requested items…HOW I KNOW IS BECAUSE I HAVE PROOF OF A BIG-BACK ready 12” Dominoes pizza that DELIVERED MY REQUEST AND NOT BS EXCUSES…this is just a sad nasty store n even worst customer satisfaction. Get it together!

Got some pizzas for the kids and honestly, probably the best Papa John’s pizza we’ve had. Hot, fresh and an actually correct amount of cheese. Customer service was great. Give the two guys there on June 27th 2025 around 2:00 a raise.

The delivery driver Heather is ONE OF A KIND! Ordered pizza for my hubby (a trucker) she not only was super respectful via text updates, but also upon delivery and even left a thank you God bless note. You have any idea just how much that meant to us. God Bless Ms Heather as well and those she loves!!! Those are the ppl you want for your company (we’ll take her if she’s ever lookin for work- as a driver )!

Horrible service the last 3 times we have ordered pizza from this place.
This time we were told 30-40 min to get pizza. Now it’s been 2 1/2 hours and no pizza. And store is closed.
Last time I was in store one of the employees was yelling at other employees in front of customers.
I tried to give chances but definitely done with this place.
Update. Received pizza at 11 (ordered at 8:30). Pizza looked like trash. But wasn’t going to wait another 2 1/2 hours.

My children and I came to order lunch. The female that came to the register was obviously irritated and rude and could not assist with my questions or prices, kept telling me the answer is online.
Finally I asked for a manager and she said that was her.
I have seen her several times and could not believe she is allowed to work in a restraunt in her pajama shorts and filthy!! And she is the manager?
When i come in, i have always been assisted by super friendly employees. Until today!
Today has officially moved PapaJohns to my do not support list and will go back to the others.
Do better.

5 stars!! The 2 guys working were extremely friendly, took our order fast, hand tossed pizza, and had it done and to us in under 10 min. Freshest tasting Papa John’s I ever had!!!! 12:15pm on 7/6/25
