I placed an online order for delivery at a future time, and unfortunately 45 minutes after that time I still hadn’t received my pizza. I called the store and was told it should have already been delivered. When I explained that it wasn’t, they immediately offered to remake the order and send it out as soon as possible. I was totally fine with that.
A few minutes later, the manager, Manya (not sure on the spelling), called to personally apologize and explained that the DoorDash driver wasn’t picking up the order—so she was going to deliver it herself. True to her word, about 10 minutes later she was at my door with my pizza, and she comped the entire order. I didn’t ask for that, but she shared that she’s the new GM and is working hard to turn the store around.
Well, Ms. Manya, with personal customer service like that, you’re absolutely on the right track. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience.

Absolutely terrible service. Got to the restaurant past the time for my order to be ready. Initially no one would come to the pick up window. So I walked in to pick up my order and no one greeted me. Once I finally got someone’s attention they were just rude. The 2 employees working were very unorganized. The male told me he was 64 ordered behind mine then the lady said mine was in the oven? I asked who the manager was and she stated she was and that “it is what it is” with my order being so late. I asked for the GM’s information she said she was talking to him on her cell phone “not that it’s any of your damn business”. She wouldn’t provide me with his information and she said he did not want to talk to me. She was also taking payments, touching phones and going back to making pizza without washing her hands. I had asked to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t do that? I finally left with my order after almost 20 minutes, not that we actually want it anymore. We will definitely not return to this location.

Walk in, cell phone sitting on the cut table. Really nice think about how that person uses their phone in the bathroom then places it where cooked food goes.
Called an hour before pickup, asked for it to be ready in an hour. Walk in, no greeting, and oh we’re just putting it in the oven.
These people aggressively don’t care. Take your business elsewhere.

I’ve always picked up my order, but I’m feeling lazy so I thought I’d get a pizza delivered instead. Yooo! After reading the “delivery” reviews which were all 1 star reviews that sounded like a nightmare, I thought twice and decided to totally forego pizza all together and drive a bit closer and got to a different pizza joint.
Come on Papa John’s what the hell? How are you staying in business? The store owner may want to get it together. That is if you care.

Absolutely disgusting. No one in the prep line were wearing gloves, and behind them under a monitor were two open clear containers that had what looked like uncooked breadsticks and another with chicken wings waiting to be cooked. Both containers did not have lids and the flies had fair game to what was inside. All yall who get delivery take time to go see where your food comes from. We made the choice to pick up as we were close by and glad we did. This experience opened our eyes to those who truly do not care that are handling your food.

I had placed an order over the phone. When I got there it wasn’t ready so I waited in the lobby. As I stood there I watched one of the team members pick in another team members hair. I also witnessed a team member working with dough wipping his hands on his dirty pants. The manager worked right beside them. My order was not made correctly so I left it there. I will never go to that Papa John’s again.

I just purchased a large pizza which I’ve been doing for about two years no complaints today I order one and one slice looks like it’s been bitten out of brought it back to the store the manager who looks every bit of 17 very nonchalant about it then walked away and rolled her eyes won’t be ordering from here any more will go to dominos the way these young people handle things here is not professional they lost a customer for sure

Mya hates her job and thinks it’s ok to treat customers and delivery drivers like crap! Misery is written all Over your face lady! Every single time I go in this location it’s a problem with her! Do better papa John’s or karma will!
