Saw that the $6.99 is back and was absolutely happy. I saw the reply and thank you for taking the time respond. Awesome pizza, fast service and my overall choice for pizza!
The pizza is extremely good. They give you a good amount a cheese, though toppings amount can be hut or miss. They have extremely great chicken, and they various sides are quite good as well. Overall defiantly better pizza.

I would just like to say that Troy went above and beyond in investigating my complaint in order to make things right. Not many companies these days care enough to do that, so I appreciate it.
I used to love Papa John’s and order from them quite regularly. Then in December I received a pizza that looked like it was dropped and all the toppings fell off. I reached out but never heard anything. No big deal. I just quit eating there. Until last night. I ordered a special. My son complained about how dry the pizza was, so I peeled back my toppings and the pizza wasn’t exactly swimming in sauce and this was one of three slices out of 16 that had the most sauce on it. If this is the way they make their pizzas now, I will continue to take my business elsewhere.

A few times a year, we place a large order for family gatherings at my grandmother’s house. A few times we had issues with our food getting delivered way too early, but thanks to Troy reaching out we found out that has more to do with Papa John’s software than the restaurant itself. Troy went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied.
All that to say, we placed a large order this Friday night, and everything was awesome! Fresh, hot, delicious food was delivered right on time. Thank you for making it easier to get together with our family and not have to slave away in the kitchen to feed everyone.
Also, hot tip: if you want something delivered at a specific time, you’re better off calling the restaurant, rather than placing the order online.

The last two times I been the pizza crust has been different it seems like It’s not that fluffy papa John’s crusted they’ve always had it seems more along the lines of dominoes type crust and it’s a little thinner. Not sure if it’s just me. Service is fast. The food is hot. Food taste Fine just seems to be missing it. Papa John’s crust that they’ve been known for.

Ordered delivery, one of the 4 items we ordered was wrong. Called in to see if we could get what we originally ordered, and the girl on the phone asked us to hold. And was heard mockingly repeating what was said on the phone and giggling with another employee, and eventually just hung up. We called back and spoke to the manager this time. She asked if we still had the pizza so they could bring the correct one in exchange for the incorrect one…

We ordered one medium Italian beef with mushrooms pizza, one medium sausage and pepperoni pizza, and two Papadias.We had to ask for prices because there weren’t any on the counter menu or the above menu. The Papadias were over cooked and the pizzas taste were ok. Restaurant wasn’t very clean but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Toppings in the middle only, gummy, Enough onions to choke a hoarse. On the 1st order messup they remade the pizza at my expense to pick up. This time I didn’t bother. Filling out the survey instead. I should have simply asked for a refund. The only thing I’d be satisfied with. NEVER again. The bacon was all chunks of fat, very little actual bacon.

I had ordered a delivery for my sister who is spending the last day she has with her pup who is having to be put down. I put in the drivers note “sister and her pups last day. Please make and deliver w/love”. Not sure if they’d see it, I called the store and explained I was ordering this for her and asked if they wouldn’t mind, if they could write something sweet on the boxes for her. While on the phone with an associate, I heard someone from the kitchen holler “HEY! This delivery says it’s a dogs last day! Please make with love guys!” I said yep, that’s mine and not only did they write some very sweet notes for my sister, they even went above and beyond and gave her a small treat. The act alone was so kind I cannot thank the team working the evening of 4/29/25 enough. Y’all have a great team. Thank you again.
