The manager is very professional and the pizza has the proper amount of toppings and the crust is good. My only complaint is that they never put enough pizza sauce on the pizzas. Trust me I hate when they have way too much like Dominos but I like some sauce I wish they would put at least 50% more sauce. We get pizza every other week and it’s always the same nonexistent sauce. Maybe I should order extra sauce?

3 pizzas, 2 boxes bread sticks. Tasted like raw hamburger meat, ham grissel, 1/2 serving of dipping sauce with breadsticks. My son picked it up for me so I don’t know how much was paid. I do know it was embarrassing. Out of town people and us who will never eat Papa John’s again. Maybe a possum will eat it, they will eat anything rotten.

Definitely a busy location that’s always good to see. But the associate’s see you walk in the store some are busy making orders or getting boxes ready why others are standing around talking and didn’t even acknowledge my self or the other guest that came in that’s what needs improved.

I placed an order online and the delivery person supposedly sent a text saying he or she was here. Nobody knocked on my door or anything. I had to call the store to find out that someone showed up and didn’t knock. Why would I pay for food and not open the door? I’m not happy with the customer service obviously. I will just stick with Marco’s I guess.
