My husband and I placed an order tonight and received the wrong order. We called them to advise them that the order was incorrect. They advised us that they will have the order resent. We waited an hour and still have not received the order. We called and request a Manager. They advised us the manager was busy but our pizza is on the way. Just called back and finally spoke with the manager and she had no idea what was going. At this point we requested a refund. I will never order pizza from here again.

I work near this location so I pick up here often. Ann is too sweet I believe she’s the gm. The staff during the weekdays are very warm and welcoming I always have an excellent experience here. Katelyn, Josh all the week day crew (I don’t come on the weekends much so I don’t know them ♀️) are just fabulous.

That 1 star was just to post a review. 0 stars is what they get. A person brought his pizza back in and said it was wrong. They DID NOT throw the pizza out. They got another box. Put the pizza in there and handed it to me. Of course, I didn’t say anything bc I knew they would deny it but you know I worked in the pizza industry and we threw the pizza away right in front of the customer. Definitely will not order here again.
