We ordered three pizzas and two came out burnt. The girl who answered was nice, sent her a picture and they sent two new pizzas out but same thing they were burnt. The only pizza that looked good was the Alfredo pizza and that’s because you can’t tell the cheese from the Alfredo sauce. They don’t put enough cheese and that’s why the pizza burns. They wouldn’t put this cheese pizza In a commercial, I’ll tell you that. Will not be ordering from papa John anymore.

This papa John’s has amazing food but on some nights not the best service. Employees do not pay attention to order details. HOWEVER, today has changed the way i feel. I got a call from the manager this morning personally apologizing & offering a credit for the order they messed up. Then Zay (the night manager) helped me with my order. He sat on the phone with me for 10 minutes as we tried to figure out why my order wouldn’t go through online. After a few tries, we figured It out. I LOVE pizza & the interactions today made me love this location even more.

Josh the store manager was not helpful with the customer service he provided. I called to inform the store about the unfresh pizza and the frozen soda that was delivered. Hs’s response was (what would you like me to do about it). The whole staff was unprofessional and did not take accountability. I order with Lee road Papa John’s a lot so to be treated as such was very disheartening.

Placed order for delivery. Order was wrong. Local store would not assist in fixing. Manager swears she made order correctly. My car is inoperable right now n they still wanted me to bring the pizza I asked to be delivered back to the store before they would correct. Still waiting to hear from the general manager. Check your order before you or the driver leaves even though it may not do any good.

It is insulting to customers printing the words “DELIVERY FEE IS NOT A TIP” on the pizza box. 100% of the $6 delivery fee should go to the driver and any tips. Because tipping is not mandatory and should not be a substitute for paying drivers a living wage.

Let’s start off please do your best and not order food from here and think your going to get your meal , this is the second time I have order food and they reroute it to DoorDash and you don’t get your food . On top of the managers are very unprofessional if you even speaking to the manager . The staff nothing but emotional unintelligent teenagers they don’t know how to talk to people , over the phone or in general period. You ask for a refund they give you an apology coupon in your email as if they will equal out to the service you will get . There is other papa John’s for a reason and their a reason why their score is a 2.9 refrain from eating here if you know what’s best .

One of the worst experience I ever had from Papa John’s Order from the store waited by an hour put in my email for the tracker it stated delivered I look in my camera, no doorbell action at all no food at the door. Call and Spoke to the manager named Josh. He said he was gonna call the driver The driver stated he gave my food to a kid which is a lie and a vague description. Most people say a little boy or a little girl and just to think I tipped the liar. The only problem is my kids are grown in college. I asked him to describe the vehicles he couldn’t in my driveway He changed the street address and said so basically he gave my food to someone else allegedly with my personal information on the box Which is a breach of my privacy The manager was unbothered that he didn’t say nothing about Not one apology! I told him my son can come pick the food up he said I had to put in a new order to get it remade make that make sense no management skills at all or people skills obviously! Didn’t say one thing about remaking the food and come pick it up.This is one worst customer service experiences I have ever had with papa John sadly I’ve been rocking with them since 1999 smh they really dropped the ball on these they customer service is terrible at this location.

NEVER AGAIN! The RUDEST staff and manager. Hung up on me twice (the power trip they were on). I placed an order for delivery and was waiting. I called to check on it’s status and they told me it was for carry out. I explained that it wasn’t and asked why I would have placed a $7.50 tip on carry out?? I was cut off and placed on hold (without telling me). When I called back , the rude manager argued with me about it being placed carry out. He hung up on me. I called back and was heated and called him a few choice names. The manager deserves to be fired HE WAS BEYOND RUDE- I told him I wanted the order canceled and refunded and he DID NOT DO IT ! I had to call back and have a third person refund my order!!! There are other pizza establishments that I will give my business to. The only reason we have put up with this for so long is because they delivered. Over Half the time, the pizza was cold, tasted bad or had some other issue with it. They said they were corporate owned, find that hard to believe that they would let a store run wild like this.

I’m guessing hair nets are out of the question. This is the last time we eat here. I can excuse maybe a bag attitude but hair in my food, I won’t look past! And I normally just read reviews but this was just gross!
