How can you mess this up? One of the pizzas is drowning in cheese. Just because I requested light sauce it doesn’t mean I want extra cheese. One of the pizzas is cut square when it was supposed to be normal cut. At least that one has a normal amount of cheese. After a really long and stressful day, I was looking forward to this. I am severely disappointed in my food. It also still shows my order is ready after it I picked it up an hour ago.

Placed an order online and it was delivered cold. Called the manager and she called me a liar.The staff is very unprofessional. I tried giving them a chance, due to the location being closer to me. I will continue driving to Dallas ga for better service. During my past visit there was also HAIR in the pizza. Order at your own risk. Will not be returning.

Was missing a pepper, those are the best. But I asked for extra cheese and what I got was cheddar cheese added to the top and crusted on…. not what I asked for, and would never add cheddar to a pizza. It ruined the what is usually the best pizza texture. If this is what extra cheese is I will not be paying to add it ever again. Especially when I can’t specify that I want the regular cheese on my pizza. Disappointed in Papa John’s right now atleast this location.

Chelsea, the GM at this location, has horrible conflict resolution skills. I ordered a pizza online and was given a pizza with different toppings. I brought it back to her along with the screenshot of my order. She said that she was “too busy” to deal with me, I ordered incorrectly, and if I wanted it remade to order and pay again. She was rude and loud. I asked her to lower her tone she rolled her eyes. I asked for Corporate’s number. She stomped off yelling 1888ASKPAPA! Needs training!!!!

Went in to try the New York style one topping pizza. Place was busy and the staff was disorganized, but with my order specifically the pizza and service was great, the staff and manager were very polite and professional to me, and my pizza was ready within the 10 minutes they said it would be. I ordered a half sausage and half pepperoni New York style. I mean, its probably not “New York” style like some people may like, but it was better than many around here and I have no complaints personally.

Ordered The Works pizza with NO BACON because my mom is muslim and she can easily take pepperoni off but not little bits of bacon, did light cheese and no stuffed crust. tell me why the pizza comes with heavy cheese, stuffed crust and bacon UNDERNEATH the cheese. my mom had to take off all the toppings in order to even eat the pizza. thank god doordash gave me a full refund for this awful meal. papa john’s employees need to get their act together and learn how to read their tickets and not give their paying customers shitty food they didn’t ask for. mind you there was no green peppers, mushrooms or onions on this pizza even thought that’s what’s listed on The Works. hopefully this restaurant goes out of business for this awful customer service and lack of reading skills. they don’t even know their own menu.

Quality has gone to shit. Dough is flat and the toppings are 3 inches in from the edge of the crust. Seriously, the crust is a third of the pizza now. This is Papa John trying to save money;skimping on toppings and It’s just not good anymore; witches wild because even bad pizza is usually good.
Sad to see another long time establishment fall by the wayside, lose their consistent and sacrifice quality just to try to boost their bottom line. I’m sure their CEO is still making a really nice chunk of change, though. What a pity.

Ordered the JACK-O’-LANTERN PIZZA for the kids. It was overcooked to the point that the crust was like a saltine cracker and had very little cheese. DID NOT look good at all. Highly disappointed! Nothing like the pizza advertised.
