Papa Johns in Bremen used to be the best. The food and service was always great. I went in there today and had the worst and most twilight zone like interaction of my life. Absolute worst customer service by the staff that worked may 9th. Oh and the pizza was not good. The crust was supposed to be a normal original crust. Not thin crust and here is a picture of it.

Nice people working here however half my order is missing on the papa bowl. The last time I got this same thing it was there and now some is missing. I tried to fill out a customer feedback on the website however it is asking for a order number that is longer than what they gave me so that doesn’t work. I will not be back.

Amazing customer service and speedy execution. I called in and informed the manager my pizza had spilled due to braking for a deer. With in 20 minutes left before close I called and spoke with the Manager Riley and he was able to assist me with replacing the pizza and I am forever grateful.

Pizza was good and made well, just enough sauce and toppings,and just done. It’s been a while since I have had a decent pizza usually overcooked or undercooked with sparse toppings. Papa John’s definitely has my business now.

I don’t usually leave restaurant reviews (especially big chains, I understand the struggle of hiring good people), but this Papa John’s is so terrible, I felt I would be doing a public disservice by ignoring it.
I went a few days ago (thus, no pictures. I had to contemplate whether I wanted to take the time to actually leave a review) and picked up two pizzas and a drink I had ordered. First thing: the employees are the most apathetic bunch of folks I’ve ever met. They don’t acknowledge you, don’t look at you, basically just ignore the fact that you’ve just walked in their establishment to pay them money for a service. (The lady in charge (Corie? Korie?) is the worst offender of the bunch. I’ve never met a ruder human in the restaurant industry.
Both pizzas were wrong (I ordered light sauce, it was drenched) and when I tried to call them, they just let the phone ring eternally until I finally gave up.
In summation: I’m tired of typing, this place is awful, and the staff is the worst. Never, EVER go here. I miss Bremen’s Pizza Hut.

Got this pizza from Mike and crew. From the till operator to the oven tender this is by far the best looking pizza and kindest customer service I’ve had in awhile.

Pizza & Pepsi ordered by my daughter for my 76 birthday, drove 21 miles round trip to accept this kind gesture. The take out receipt was not itemized, the charge slip I signed was not itemized. The management would not credit for the drink, offered to put a credit “notation on her phone number”.
Next time my dsughter offers Papa John’s pizza, I will refuse. Papa John’s does not correct their mistakes.

Pizza was correct and fresh. I had to repeat my order multiple times and my method of payment to the guy taking my order. He could have been distracted since he was playing on his phone while taking my order.
