I ordered at 5:33. It was supposed to arrive between 6:13-6:23. At 6:45 I called the store, they said the driver got into an accident, and that they were sending it back out with a few garlic sauce cups for the inconvenience. Ok no problem at all, I hope the driver is ok. At 7:15 I get a notification from the app that it’s been refunded. No call, no email, no text, no nothing. I didn’t even see it until 7:30. So now my kids waited TWO HOURS for pizza that never even came. And they wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called. What a disappointment…
*update * the pizza finally showed up at 8:32pm ♀️ thanks for waking up my kids. And one of the cheese stick orders wasn’t even cut, I’m missing two ranch cups, didn’t have the “extra garlic cups” they said they’d send, and the pizza box wasn’t even sealed, the sticker was just tucked into the box. Smh, still not impressed, at least I didn’t get charged I guess.

This restaurant used to be decent. Over the past year I have had so many issues . Most recently I had a bad pizza to which they sent me a coupon for a free pizza. I went to use it and was told it’s only for pickup. I don’t think that’s ok. The manager got in the phone and said that’s right and the GM agrees. So beware if ordering from here. I decided to go with another pizza place that actually wants my business.

Highly impressed with service and the pizza and side items were hot, fresh, and delicious! Everyone working today needs a raise! 10 out of 10 recommended and for those with issues previously noted give them another try. The issues have been corrected, trust me!

Ordered my family a pizza today sat down to eat. When I started eating. The cheese on the pizza wasn’t all the way melted and the pizza was still doughy. The worst ever. I know the difference between cheese and not some dough. Papa John just lost a customer. When I called they didn’t offer anything.

I didn’t think this place could get any worse but I was wrong. When I arrived the employees were standing outside on their phones. One of them follow me in the store when I went in which scared me. My pizza was very bland and tasted like they just put items right out of the can on to my pizza, it had absolutely no flavor or seasoning. Needless to say I will not be returning!

The lady with Dreds had no gloves on touching meat cheese and everything else with nothing on her dirty hands! Pizza only had sauce around the edges the middle was dry!! The worst papa John’s pizza I ever had! Will never go to this location again! Yuk

Staff was polite but very busy and seemed to be distracted. Chatting with each other. Price is normal. Fast food pizza prices. We’ve never had bad meal here.
