Personally this has been my favorite Papa John’s experience location, the staff are professional courteous and friendly. They go above and beyond to assure good customer relations. Definitely would recommend this place as a family orientated business that affords a quick bite to the world.

So I payed $26 for a pizza and some poppers. I asked for extra condiments. The lady said sure we will put it in the box. I told her last time I asked you guys forgot so make sure you put it in this time. She said she wouldn’t forget. I didn’t get the Papa John’s sauce! I don’t know who was working but they did a horrible job. The pizza came on time but the one Papa John’s sauce was exploded all over the box and I don’t understand how you guys think that it is acceptable to serve your customers a drenched box. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the delivery. The only reason I’m giving two stars and not one is because the food was still pretty good after all that. But I feel like something needs to be done about this situation so it doesn’t happen again. I feel like I should get a reimbursement or a coupon or something. I still left a tip because I’m a good person and do my part. I feel like y’all should do the same!

Today, I found myself in a tough spot I needed to feed 230 people on short notice after our original food order fell through. I called Papa John’s in a bit of a panic, and Brandi answered the phone. Let me just say… she was a lifesaver.
Not only was Brandi calm, professional, and incredibly kind, but she pulled off something amazing she was able to get me 58 pizzas to feed all 230 of my seniors AT THE PEAK OF THE LUNCH HOUR. And she did it quickly, efficiently, and with zero hesitation. Not only that they were still able to take care of other people that were coming in and get them their pizzas in the midst of all this chaos!!!
This kind of customer service is rare. Brandi and craig at this Papa John’s went above and beyond to help us out, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The food was hot, fresh, and ready when we needed it most. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer for life.

Pizza was burnt, ordered Extra cheese on two pizza and did not get that or even hardly any cheese. The pizza also looked as if it was dropped or something by the look of the topping. It arrived in this condition as in the pics.

This is the worst Papa John’s on the planet. Completely incompetent, shady management, ripping off customers with recycled orders vs giving fresh made pizza, etc. Stay far far away.

I eat here just about once a week for the last 2 years. I always love the pizza! The papadias are great too. Not always cut. But taste is always spot on. Highly recommend over Pizza Hut and Dominos.

We have been ordering from this location for years. It’s been fine. The last few times we ordered here the pizza has been nasty, almost undercooked and floppy and I had use our own pizza cutter to finish the job the store didn’t. Get it together guys – it seems to be the new normal here. May need to put this one on pause for a bit. I ordered the same pizza from Johnnys a few days later and price-wise it was the same with a much better experience.
