I gotta say, i’ve been going here a lot. I’ve never had a bad pizza. Maybe one or two that are okay. but never bad enough to complain. The only thing I would criticize is lack of support for the employees. Every time I order or pick up they seem overwhelmed with orders. As if they don’t have enough people on crew or don’t have enough resources to get the job done. But somehow despite those set backs i’m always satisfied. I hope their work experiences get better.

This location sucks, seems like poor management. The wait times for this location are egregious. I have waited over an hour, twice, in the restaurant parking lot to get pizza. One of those times my pizza had very clearly been drying out in a warmer and they apparently couldn’t find it when I was at the window, even though the app said it was “Picked Up”. Despite this, they had me waiting 45 of those minutes in the parking lot after pulling up to the window for the first time.
Most of the food is fine. I normally love papa johns pizza, but using this location is gambling and the odds are stacked against you. Most of the times by I use this location, there is at least a small issue. Today there was just no sauce on the majority of the pizza (see picture). In the past I have had both very dry pizzas (when I am waiting a while) and an undercooked pizza where the dough was still wet in the middle.
Now I get it’s a cheap pizza and I have a lot of loyalty to this brand so I can deal with a subpar pizza every now and then… but the majority of the time I use this location I have issues so i’m done.
Finally, you might be wondering if you can contact them about a major issue. In my experience, NO! I have tried on 3 occasions for major issues over the past 2 years, no luck with the app, website or calling. I have never seen a physical receipt when paying cash at the window either so I can’t fill out a survey.
In short, I love Papa John’s, but this location is so poorly managed that you SHOULD drive somewhere else if you want a decent chance of getting a good product with a reasonable wait time.

The little black girl working there today had an extremely nasty attitude today talking about “next time you come make sure you come inside.” Said it with such a nasty tone. I bought pizza here yesterday and was greeted very nicely. My daughter and I get pizza here at least once a week and we always have been greated in a respectful way. This little girl showed be trained again because I don’t think she comprehends the concept of customer service. Sadly!

I needed pizza for my weekly veterans group in Duluth, Georgia. I was in a rush, and everyone was counting on my to honor a fellow veteran who returned home safe from deployment. I called Papa Johns early in the morning, and told them I needed two large pizzas exactly at 12:45pm that same day. You never know sometimes about fast food, but I was so happy that when I got to the Duluth Papa Johns on Peachtree Industrial Blvd., the two large pizza’s where hot and ready exactly on time; the general manager greeted me with a bif smile, and I was so happy the way she treated me. I couldn’t imagine anyone giving less than a 5 star review for such a great Papa Johns location. The guys and ladies at our vet group said the pizza tasted delicious and was good and hot. Thank you, Papa Johns and staff in Duluth; you made a bunch of hungry veterans very happy.

I understand now the low rating… this location is managed poorly. Don’t even try to order online from here. Your order will be delayed or not delivered at all. And i know it was not only me, because there were 10 cars around the location at 11pm, waiting for overdue orders. Pure chaos.

I don’t know if it was the delivery or papa John’s but my pizza had ants and when I called they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they were closed. I even called the national number same answer. Pictures don’t do any justice they were everywhere.

Pizza was burned and garlic knots had an open garlic sauce that saturated the box. Called the store and spoke with the manager this evening. Manager was beyond condescending. Asked to have another pizza delivered. Manager stated that the pizza was sourced out to another store and people liked their pizza burned. He also stated I must just be an angry person. I asked how long another pizza will take to arrive. His response was… I have a driver here and how long does it take for me to make a pizza and the driver to get it to you. He then hung up.

Very busy on Friday between 7 -8 here. But we went for the first time.
After ordering online. We went to pickup but they said it’ll take 10 minutes. We were waiting outside , but a very nice employee came out within 2 minutes to tell us our pizza was ready.
