Delicious pizza and friendly service. I ran in and picked up a carryout order tonight. The gentleman working was back and forth between drive thru and in store. He was polite and helped me right away. I came home and took 1 bite of my pizza and its perfect. Usually when I order just cheese from other locations they skimp on the cheese but this was fresh hot ans cheesy. As you can see from the photo it didnt last very long once I got home. Delicious pizza and great service! Thank you Tucker Papa Johns!

I orders a pizza yesterday from here of DoorDash the buy one get one free special and I was delivered a pizza with a kids toothbrush inside of my pizza ! I’ve called the store they told me they would remake order and give refund but that’s not enough justice. This is outrageous an unacceptable . I’m not sure what is going on at this location but I’ve asked manager to run cameras back and see exactly whether they made a mistake or the door dash had. Simply to be told they will just refund my money ! I need corporate to contact me as soon as possible.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
First off, my order was marked as “finished” long before it was actually ready. When I arrived, I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for just one pepperoni and one cheese pizza. Once I went inside, the experience got worse the employees were loudly arguing with each other and talking on their phones while customers were standing around waiting for their orders. Completely unprofessional and disappointing service all around. I will not be returning

Honestly this pizza location has shifted in better pizza quality over the last year or two. Not too thick crust as you would assume with the usual Papa Johns, though about 30% of the time too thick. Interesting promotions never doing too much, friendly staff, decent customer service, and clean pizzeria. Other pizzerias I’ve noticed either overcharge for the sit-in atmosphere or something hipster/trendy. I’m so grateful this location is still running.

The staff here was great. Mysean , Tyree ,jermel , and Jacob were really helpful and remade my order. The manager on duty syon, was super helpful in making sure it got done.

Overall take: go to Enzo’s, a local owned pizza place across the street from this location. They have customer service! And pizza.

Anyways talk about a location TANKING! We’d been going here for fast food pizza for the last several years and the location has become horrifically understaffed. And the few people who do work there very clearly do not care about customer service and surely are not paid enough to give a crap. I ordered a pizza on the app, went to pick it up when the app said it was ready, and was told that they received a 30 pizza order with no advance warning and my one pizza had not been started and would be pushed to the end of orders. They told me to come back in 15 minutes, I came back in 20, they said my pizza was being boxed up and to do a loop and come back. So I did a loop and came back and a new person told me there was a 30 order pizza and the person was standing in the lobby putting pressure on them so my pizza wasn’t made yet. I waited another 30 minutes in the parking lot and went into the store to pick up my one pizza and the woman wouldn’t acknowledge me. I looked at the screens and didn’t see my order on any of the screens, and I asked the other people in there if they had received their 30 pizza order yet. No one in there had ordered 30 pizzas. In the 15 minutes I stayed in the store, 7 door dashers came in and got orders of 2-10 pizzas. I asked one more time if my pizza was on any of the tickets and the woman walked away saying no. She had no intention to make the pizza.

My best guess is they probably gave my pizza to someone else. My name is generic, it was one singular pizza, and they did not care about one person’s one pizza.

My fault for waiting around so long. I should have cut my losses after half an hour, not an hour and a half after the latest ready time. The pizza wasn’t even showing up on my app anymore.

No one offered to help me, make my pizza, explain what happened, or honestly even address me. There were three workers to the five door dashers waiting to pick up orders and myself in the lobby.

We started going to this location because the papa John’s in Decatur locks their doors when they are behind on orders and I thought that wasn’t good customer service, but actually I would prefer the acknowledgement that they aren’t able to take on the amount of orders with the staff they had and stop taking orders than just .. whatever I experienced today.

So here’s to hoping the dispute on my credit card goes through and I get my money back.

I ordered a medium pizza two of town and didn’t know the crust come thin only the large has the regular thick crust.
The manager politely apologized and offer to make it over and said we can keep the other pizzas. I appreciate the customer service

I just came into this Papa John’s around 11:20am today and encountered a very rude woman at the cash register. I asked for extra sauce for my breadsticks as the one small cup wasn’t enough. She replied it was all they provide and that’s the only size cup available. I asked again if we could purchase a cup. She replied very rudely that it would be .92 cents. No problem at all. Handed her the money, however, she threw my sauce cups at me as if it was a bother for her to do her job. Not sure what the issue was but still unacceptable behavior for this industry.

I see now why this location has really bad reviews. I placed an order with them for delivery and mistakenly put cash. I placed this order at 5:30 and called at 5:32 to inform them of my mistake. She said she could take my payment over the phone but then reneged and said she can’t do anything about it since DD already has someone coming to get it. Tried to call doordash driver and explain, there was clearly a language barrier there. Not his fault. Then noticed in the track now link, I could change payment method to card and I paid. I recognize that I messed up to begin with but I did go back and fix it. Or so I thought. The charge is currently pending on my card. The store cancelled my order and didn’t even send me an email update letting me know. I checked the tracking again and advised them. Now they are trying to gaslight me and say that DD nor Papa John’s charged me which is untrue. I got both a text confirmation AND the charge to show them. Offered no apology and when I tried to contact the store and inquire about it, a member of management kept talking over me and making it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I offered several times to send her the screenshots and she said “We don’t receive emails here.” I just wanted to call and be sure I wasn’t being charged for an order I was not receiving. I guess if this charge doesn’t drop, I will be disputing it with my bank. Crazy how places lack customer service these days.
