The best Papa John’s to go too. One specific guy I think he’s the manager, he always treat me like we’ve been knowing each other for a long time. It’s always clean, smells good inside, and order is always quick, accurate, and taste great. I’m here at least one every other week or twice a week and as long as he’s making my pizza imma keep returning.

I placed this order on 1/10 for delivery on 1/18 for my 3-year-old’s birthday party. Ten pizzas. Scheduled for 11:00 AM. Plenty of notice.
At 11:00, no pizzas. Fine, things run late. But the tracker still showed step ONE. I tried calling the store over and over and kept getting a message saying the store was CLOSED, even though their hours say they open at 10:00 AM.
By 11:30, with zero communication and no movement on the order, I had to LEAVE MY CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY to drive to the store. The tracker still hadn’t changed. When I got there, the lights were off and the doors were locked. Not a single person inside.
I had 15 kids and 20 adults expecting food. This store had over a WEEK’S notice for a large order and couldn’t even bother to open the doors or pick up the phone. Absolutely unbelievable.
I had to panic-buy as much chicken as Publix would sell me just so people wouldn’t be standing around starving at a kid’s birthday party. That’s how badly this was handled.
And the cherry on top? At 1:45 PM I finally get an EMAIL saying my order was canceled. No call. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to fix it. Just cowardly silence and an email once it was way too late.
I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s many times before, but never again. This was beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what they’d get. They lost a customer

I understand a busy Friday night. But, it is always rude to turn your back to a customer when they ask if their pizza is ready and not answer. Had to ask three people if my pizza was ready due to them turning their back to me. Respect gets respect. If you look to the right of the register step 1 says. “Greet customer with smile”. Starting there would be nice.

I order at this location about once every few weeks and as good as the food has been overall, I’m a little frustrated that every time I order a stuffed crust pizza and pay the extra fees associated with it, my pizza is NEVER stuffed. I’m not sure if they aren’t looking close enough at the orders as they come in or if they just don’t care.

I’m writing this review from my car while eagerly awaiting my pizza! After a long day, all I wanted was a quick and easy meal. The customer service here was truly exceptional. The young lady I interacted with was incredibly kind and clearly took pride in her work – a rare and refreshing quality these days. To top it off, the young man who made my pizza even brought it out to me so I didn’t have to leave my car. This extra level of service deserves the highest praise! This place definitely gets a 10 from me.

I do not normally go to this location but it was on my way to run errands,. When I saw the pepper included I asked for another one and the green haired girl advise me it would 85 cents more. Not use to that low of service from Papa johns. As you can see the one I got looks like some one already bit it in half!

I just wanted to share a quick concern about my recent experience at your restaurant. The person at the reception showed an unnecessary attitude. He never mentioned that customers shouldn’t cross a certain line or area—I was simply standing at the entrance near the reception.
Instead of politely saying something like “Can you please wait there?”, he pointed with one finger in a rude way.
We’re here to buy food, and you’re here to sell food. It’s a simple exchange—mutual respect goes a long way. Please ensure your staff treats customers with courtesy and professionalism.

Ordered Parmesan bread sticks, received plain dry bread sticks. Contacted the store to speak to the manager, told her this is not the first time this happens. Told her whoever that prepared the food needs some training. Manager was dismissive and does not care about what we have to say and hang up.
