The pizza here is really good. The price is noticeably higher compared to the other pizza chains in town, but the pick-up special is a good deal. The staff and delivery driver are not that outgoing, but made sure my delivery address was correct and called me ahead of time. Overall, I am satisfied with this location’s food & service.

I’ve ordered from this location several times and it’s always a lengthy delivery time. My order showed as being delivered for almost 45 mins. It was delivered by a grub hub driver, which isn’t a problem but the problem is the pizza was cold by the time it made it to me.

There’s usually more than just a hint of meat on pizzas that I’ve gotten in the past. This is not this locations best work. Really, it shouldn’t have left the cutting table. I’m normally impressed with crust and how far the sauce and cheese are pulled to the edge. Theres not much flavor to this pizza, bland even.

Half of my order arrived, glad I checked. Called the store, offered no apology to me, hung up twice, just made excuses for a new driver who said she would return to store and bring me my full $60 order. Meanwhile, my food is stone cold. Horrible service by children that can’t read a ticket before sending it out. Pathetic.

We frequently order from this location. Tonight we had a delivery order only to open our box to a raw pizza. We called the store and instead of them offering to deliver another one they told us we had to come pick up a new one. Won’t be ordering delivery from here again and maybe not at all.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Ordered delivery for me and my friend and the pizza came like this. All of the cheese was melted off of one side of the pizza, probably due to sloppy carrying. Secondly, I work at a restaurant. They teach us portion control. When someone asks for “extra cheese”… we give them a pinch more…. NOT 2 POUNDS!!!!! Very unhappy with this delivery. Will not do this again.

I have, most unfortunately, had some bad luck here recently. I’ve ordered from this location for the past 5 years. Before the last few months I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The last few months have been a different story. My order from Dec 3rd arrived with the pizzas obviously being dropped. My very next order on Dec 18 they delivered someone else’s pizza to me. On both occasions they did offer a credit or to remake the orders, which i appreciate. However, I would prefer to just receive it correctly the fist time. I have also noticed a dramatic uptick in delivery times. I don’t know if it’s a demand issue or staffing. Average orders were 45 minutes to an hour. They are now consistently 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 45 minutes. I hope they can turn things around. Papa Johns is my favorite for fast food pizza devilry.
