I ordered a pizza through UberEATS and when I opened the seal on the pizza I saw 2 curly hairs. I contacted Uber and they only gave me a partial refund so I went back to Papa John’s to get the pizza remade. When I walked in one of the guys requested that the pizza be remade after I told him about the hair. Another guy walks up and ask me have I been helped I told him that I did but I went on to tell him about the hair. He told me I needed to contact Uber for a refund. I told him I didn’t want a refund I wanted the pizza remade. He told me I would have to contact Uber to request that it be remade. I told him they didn’t have that option and he said that I would have to contact Uber about the situation because they needed to get paid to remake the pizza. I told him Uber didn’t put the hair in there they did, mind you the hair was curly and the dude that was telling me to contact Uber had curly hair the only person in there with hair that look like that. I told him someone already told them to remake the pizza, so then he proceeded to say so why are we having this conversation. I told him he’s the one who came and asked me had I been helped and I was just telling him what happened. Most places when you tell them something like that they would remake the order without any hesitation, it was appalling. I definitely will never order from there ever again.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your establishment on February 13th @12:30pm. I placed and paid for an online order, which my husband attempted to pick up at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, he found the door locked, despite the presence of staff inside. His attempts to communicate that he was there to collect a pre-paid order were met with dismissive behavior, and he was ultimately forced to leave without the order.
Following this unsuccessful pickup attempt, I contacted the restaurant to inquire about the order. The customer service representative who answered the phone exhibited a dismissive and argumentative attitude, exacerbating my frustration. When I asked a simple question as to why they wouldn’t hear my husband out and why they felt the need to dismiss him, she told me she didn’t have time to argue with me. Her explanation that my husband was mistaken for a DoorDash driver only compounded the issue, especially since the order was incorrectly marked as “picked up.”
This experience was not only inconvenient but also deeply upsetting. The combination of a locked door during business hours, dismissive staff, and an unhelpful customer service interaction reflects poorly on your establishment. As a result of this negative experience, I will not be returning to your restaurant.

I ordered two Papadias and they were made incorrectly on 2/23/2022. I called the store to correct the order and instead of fixing the issue the manager for the night at this location proceeded to ARGUE with me that it was made correctly when I order this from Papa John’s ALL THE TIME. I asked for his name and he refused to give me that as well. I refuse to argue when I paid MY money and my order was not made correctly. I am most definitely coming tomorrow to speak with another manager and hopefully they have some sense because the one I spoke to tonight clearly doesn’t and hasn’t been trained properly when it comes to customer service or being a manager.
I posted photos to show proof . Papadias ARE NOT made this thin ! It literally tasted like I was eating wet paper .
THESE PEOPLE HAVE BAD REVIEWS FROM TODAY ALL THE WAY BACK TO 7 YEARS AGO AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED ! SHUT THIS PAPA JOHN’S DOWN EXPEDITIOUSLY THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

We ordered a bulk pizza order a full day ahead of when we needed it. This was for a school event and needed it at the school AT 11:30 am. It is now 12:15 pm and it has just showed up. Had we not called the store, we would never have been notified of the delay in our order. Called a 2nd time and was kept on hold until I hung up. This store we always have issues with.

I had just called and I am visiting my kids godmother. We had a wonderful day at the park down here in the square of Lawrenceville. We wanted something quick to eat. We already been having some problems with DoorDash but that is not here nor there we actually stay down in the apartments close by the park, which is about two minutes away. We went to go and pick up our food because we didn’t want to wait so we went to go and pick it up that our food hoping it would be good and hot and ready . we sat in the parking lot. I ordered the food in the parking lot and it said the food was ready like at 11:13 so you know when putting your food on your lap you’ll know if it’s that hot or not, it was like a hot that was OK to put on your lap. It wasn’t very hot so that’s how I know that by the time I got home it was getting ready to eat. All my food was warm and almost cold the brownies were very doughy . Pizza was missing some cheese off of it, and it was two workers in there, a white Caucasian male and a African-American male as well . it was like a hot that was OK to put on your lap. I didn’t know her name but I did call the store and the so-called manager answered and said there’s nothing I can do about it because I put it on the hot wreck and it didn’t take that long for your food. I said even though you put it on a hot rack , I told the manger you need to make sure that this food is extra hot its no way possible that I get all the way to my house and my food is cold and I spent about almost $35 highly unsatisfied heating up what is left of our food don’t Go to this location

SATURDAY NIGHT I went to order a pizza decided to pick it up in person only to find out NONE OF THEM WORKING AT this location wear GLOVES one scratched his beard and went back to grabbing toppings and putting them on your pizzas the other one running around touching the phone and computer cross contaminating everything . ITS DISGUSTING!
