I called the store 10 minutes ago! The manager was rude and hung up in my face. I had this picked up for me and they didn’t look in the box, Both pizzas were to be cooked like the first. For me to have to drive back to the store, I asked to be accommodated and she was rude nasty and wouldn’t tell me her name. This is why nothing last in this area.

Came to this location because it was new and thought it would be different from other franchises in the area as such as other papa John’s but I just don’t know yet.i mean for the love of God how do you mess up a pizza. It’s just cheese meat and bread or whatever you want on it. The employees seems like they wanted to be there. I ordered a carry out large deal with pepperoni with light sauce. Okay boom I get my pizza oh and you guys please check your pizza before leaving. I wouldn’t dare get it delivered. So I get my pizza and open it up(see pic to the left) like damn y’all I know I asked for light sauce but not barely any sauce. That’s what was probably cause the air bubble lack of not enough sauce. This barely had sauce(pic to the left). So I took it back and the lady with the dreads I think she was manager or team lead was very nice and accommodating and remade my pizza with no problem and she just let me have the other for inconvenience. I explained to them to please make sure there is enough cheese and that pizza is light sauce. Okay so I get the other one which is way better but has a slight air bubble with cheese missing as you see on (the right). She apologize again and says it’s probably because they are not dabbing it enough. At this point in my head I’m like forget it, at least they didn’t give me an attitude and was willing to remake it which I really appreciated. But y’all how hard is it to make pizza seriously? The first pizza was not so good but the second one was okay. The bread just has a weird taste.Maybe it’s the water they are using to make the yeast/bread with. Lastly, cut the damn pizzas all the way thru. As y’all can see my pizza was coming up all top of ways from me trying to pull it apart and can’t and my pizza breaking in the middle.I’ll definitely give them another try here and there only because of customer service which is hard to find around here. Keep up the great attitudes because we need it in this area. Put more love into how y’all make someone’s food and y’all would do just great.Moving forward please fix these above issues. I see why the lady before me ask for double cut. How hard is it to cut pizza yall. Ok I’m done ✔️✔️

This is the worst place to eat period!! If you care about your food and how it is handled dont eat here it’s nasty just stand and watch these middle school kids make the food it will turn your stomach and the manager is not different she should be the adult telling the kids how to handle the food properly but she ain’t no better just overall nasty. One of the guys with his pants almost at his knees he had to be pulling it up in between rolling the dough

Went to order two pizzas today however after telling the young lady our order 1 ham and pineapple stuffed crust and 1 pepperoni stuff crust she asked what’s ham? Then left the counter to work in the kitchen. The manager came up front not to help us but to help and flirt with the door dasher who came in side. As my wife and I decided to leave walking out the door then he wanted to supposedly help us. Our reply no thank you we will just go to Pizza Hut he had 0 attempts to keep a potential client. It also very clear that my Peruvian wife and I are to white for any type of real service at this location. Speaking of location it is horrible to difficult to get pulled in or out of. We will not be back don’t go to this location. Just shut it down

The food was okay but the customer service is horrible. The brownskin girl with the red hair with the nappy ponytail had the worse attitude. She doesn’t need to be in customer service. I placed an order on my app and it said my food was ready at 3:15 I got to the restaurant at 3:18 she asked me the name for my order. I told her my name and she said it wasn’t ready yet but I had the weirdest feeling the two pizza boxes were under the heater were mine.
So 5-6 minutes goes by I’ve seen multiple orders get boxed up and me another customer were patiently waiting. The girl with the red hair gave the lady her pizza and she casually went to the back. I had to speak to her AGAIN just to get her attention for my food. She asked me my name again for my food and the same boxes that were under the heater I saw when I came in the restaurant were mines. I almost cussed her out. Her vibe was extremely off and her interaction with the customers is horrendous . The lady that was standing in there with me even said she had a bad attitude.

Everytime I go to this location, my order is on time and correct. Is the customer service 100% ? No. But I will go here instead of the Covington Highway location all day!

This place had the WORST customer service!! I placed my order online and went to the store about 10 mins after the app told me my order was ready. When I got there I was greeted, told the young lady my name and she told me she had no record of my order, walked away and proceeded to make other pizzas. When I said excuse me, I have a confirmation number and asked if she could look it up, she simply turned her back as if I wasn’t there!! It wasn’t until I stepped a little closer to the counter that she walked towards the back to check her printed labels again and then said oh, I see it…. And that was it!! No apology for any confusion or Lord forbid I get an apology for her rudeness. 20 minutes later I get my order and she still had an attitude. This location will NEVER get my money again.

WITHHELD MY ORDER! I made an online order for a large pepperoni and went to pick it up. When I got there the cashier was talking to woman at the counter who was looking at the menu. I waited then she asked me if was picking up. She took my name went to get my pizza but wouldn’t let me pay. She kept talking with the woman at the counter. Then the manager asked if I was picking up and the cashier said I needed to pay. I waited another 5 minutes and she would not let me pay. I finally left. Next time I will order from Pizza Hut.
