Food used to be good as for unhealthy delivery a couple times a year. But this is my final straw with these restaurants. They need to stop giving us subpar food. If the pizza looks burnt (see pics) or even undercooked, and if the wings don’t have any sauce (just enough to be soaked up), FIX IT before sending to the customer. Papa John’s knew to order wasn’t right because they sent any apology email at the exact time it was delivered. 50% off the next order is nothing when you just spent almost $40. This is why I cook majority of our meals. There is no place to get delivery from for an extremely tired overworked single mother that’s also caring for a sick parent. Called the mtg for a heads up about the complaint I filed, the Dasher that snatched a phone out of my child’s hand, and they need to check the over temp’s since they are burning food tonight and purposely sending it to customers.

I am not even sure how to address this review but essentially I am beyond disappointed. We ordered pizza ahead of time online for a delivery. The delivery time came and no sign of pizza. I called and spoke to someone. She didn’t seem to know about the order but shared that “it’s in the system”. It’s in the system but it was scheduled to be delivered at that same time. I asked her how long it would take and she didn’t know. I said, soooo 15 mins? She said yes. 15 mins came and went….we have 20 hungry people now waiting. We called again….of course no one knows where it is. At this point we said to cancel the order. They said that they could not cancel until the delivery driver gets to us and then we could cancel. What?!? So now we have to wait till this driver comes?? They put us on hold again as we asked to speak to a manager and as I type this I’m still on hold and it’s been 41 mins. We drive to the location while still on hold to address this. Here’s my sincere feedback. We know things happen. If there is a 12:30pm delivery, it doesn’t happen, we ask to speak to a manager and you’re just gonna keep us on hold (it’s now been 44 mins and my husband is inside talking to them) that’s just bad business. It’s unfortunate that whoever is the manager or owner would let this type of behavior happen. As a former pizza franchise owner we would never handle our business like this. I would recommend that you NEVER GO HERE! I repeat, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!

I visited this location on 11-26-2025. I ordered a order of cheese sticks 10 inch and a order of garlic parmesan wings with blue cheese. The order was cooked to order. The food was good. I would have liked the cheese sticks to be more hotter like cheese pull or something. Wings were definitely delicious wet and on point. Pull up if you are in the area worth the trip.

I ordered through the app, my order was messed up I tried reaching out to Papa John’s and did not get any response or feedback from them none of my issues were addressed. I left Domino’s Pizza indefinitely for the exact same reason but I expected Papa John’s to be better with not only their food, quality and customer service. Majority of the time I have great experience from Papa John’s but this time they have made me rethink is there a customer service as well as the quality because the wrong order that was delivered to us was also cold and hard. We are in the middle of moving therefore we just kept the wrong order since we could not reach anybody and we were exhausted and tired from traveling and it was super late. Our plain cheese pizza that we did not order was cold and hard. We were so exhausted that we just ended up eating it anyways.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my pizza online. It was just thrown together and not what I asked for. I brought it to their attention. The manager or whoever was on duty said that they REFUSED to give me a refund for the pizza I no longer wanted. He said “they did nothing wrong. It wasn’t their fault”. Didn’t even try to fix the problem or create any solutions for the issue. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO REFUSE TO REFUND ME MY MONEY BUT EXPECT ME TO ORDER ANOTHER PIZZA ONLINE “ if I wanted it fixed”. Couldn’t provide me the correct corporate number and name of the manager/supervisor.

Ordered 15 pizzas for a work event. All pizzas were made accurately per order, on time, and hot/fresh upon pick up. The guys inside did a great job! Quick and easy in and out service as well. Would recommend!

This is the worst location. Just left yet again as the girl tells me my pizza is not ready after the app told me 10 mins ago it’s ready. I asked her to please look again and was there. I understand being short staffed, but this is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time this has happened. It’s the only Papa John’s remotely close so unfortunately terrible service is what I have to deal with, or I just have to stop using Papa John’s.

The delivery driver came and couldn’t locate the building that clearly had a large 900 on the side of it. Then left within 3 minutes of calling me. I then had to go and pick up my delivery because they would not be returning unless I were to make another order. The delivery fee wasn’t even reimbursed. They have messed up protocol when it comes to missing deliveries. On top of that the wings had no sauce. Everything was dry. I paid for extra mushrooms and may have got 12 little pieces. Just a terrible experience overall.

Ordered 3 pizzas, breadsticks and 8pc wings. Arrived on time, so driver(Door dash) was fine. However, the breadsticks were over-proven and so look just weird but thankfully tasted fine. The main issue I had was I was shorted wings. The container was sealed, but only received 5 wings not 8. Confirmed 8pc on receipt and even the sticker on the side of the container. They were for my bf and he just shrugged it off. I would have called and complained, but it was too much of a hassle last time I had an issue to get any reparation since payment was processed by Doordash.
