Placed an order and it said my pizza was ready, come to find out it was dropped out the oven. I asked for them to comp the pizza for the inconvenience and extra wait of 15 M and the manager Lamar refused with zero level of customer service . He said I can remake it or void your order. Been coming here for a decade, will only go to independent up the street at NYC pizza.

I can see the concerns of other reviewers- this location struggles a bit with timely preparation. I ordered through Uber Eats and my food took ~10min longer than estimated – no deal breaker, but definitely something which the location should improve.
However, the quality of the pizza is FIRE! This is definitely the tastiest pizza out of all fast food chains IMO soft, fresh, good amount of ingredients, great seasoning – perfect!

Ordered a large “Works” pizza to go. I brought it home and opened the pizza box and thought it was the wrong order.
The ingredients were there but it was one of the most sparce, barren and cheap pizzas I’ve ever seen outside of middle school.

Did a pickup order and it was ready on time. Nice and hot veggie pizza. Good food at a good price. No place for dining in. Everyone was friendly and service was quick.

No greeting to any of customers. not taking orders or checking in. literally waited without talking to anyone for 5 min. another 5 min waiting after telling them to pick up my mobile order which should be ready like 10mins ago. again no thank you or bye. they need more training on customer service.

We were disgusted to find a roach on our pizza during our recent visit to the Suwanee Papa John’s. Caleb was the cashier who assisted us, and while the manager promptly apologized, took accountability, and offered to remake or refund the pizza, we found the situation unacceptable and extremely unpleasant. Naturally, we opted for a refund. We hope that this Papa John’s location takes immediate steps to improve their cleanliness, conduct thorough inspections, and address any pest issues promptly.

This location uses Doordash to deliver and it took 50 mins from time of pickup to reach our house. My order was wrong on top of that and when I tried multiple times to call the location they would place me on hold for 20 mins until they or the system would hang up on me. Called in 3 times and never got through. The worst Papa John’s in Ga. Never doing business here again.

They don’t wear gloves or hair nets. One of the cooks was rubbing her head and went right back to touching the pizza. I was picking up for door dash and was looking at them. It’s disgusting and unsanitary.

Sit back, relax and let me tell you a story about EXACTLY how NOT to provide customer service.
My wife placed an order for a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza on the Papa John’s app. Five minutes later several more teenage boys arrived at our house, so she placed a second order for another pepperoni stuffed crust pizza using the app with confirmation on both orders. She then called and informed me that she had already paid for Two pepperoni pizzas that needed to be picked up.
Upon arrival, I asked a about a pickup order for TWO pizzas and was told the order would be done shortly. Shortly thereafter the employee behind the counter informed me the order was ready. As the she attempted to hand me a single pizza box, I informed her that there were two orders for two total pizzas and she went to look for the second pizza. She asked another associate who was in three back completing orders who then came to the front, verified the spelling of our name and informed me that this was 1 of 1 pizzas in this order. My reply was, “Yes, we placed two septate orders, two pizzas total” as I stepped to the side and sat on the bench waiting for the second order to be completed.
15 minutes later… I walked back up to the counter to inquire when the second pizza would be finished, to which the reply was “I told you before we only have an order for one pizza”.
Really my man, you’re just going to watch me sit down after I told you we ordered two pizzas and sit there for LONGER than it would have taken to make a second pizza without any further conversation?
Pissed off would be an understatement.
I walked outside directly to my truck, parked directly in front of the door and within eyesight of the front register to call my wife to figure out what was going on. We discovered that minutes after placing the second order, it was canceled by Papa John’s because it “Appeared to be a duplicate order”.
I then walked back in to the store to pick up the one pizza that had been completed and sitting behind the counter for 20 minutes at this point.
I was then informed by the large, snarkey, unshaven fello behind the counter that he had voided that order and it was no longer available. my question was, “So you threw the finished pizza that we paid for away?” and his reply was “No, I Voided the transaction so it’s no longer charging you”
I left, pissed off, time wasted with zero pizzas and we still haven’t been refunded the money we were initially charged.
We would previously order from this location frequently. I’ll find somewhere else to spend our money from now on.
