This was much different than what I have come to expect from Papa John’s. Both pizzas were over done. Order a large and a medium and pizzas seemed the same size, the large ended up being about 11inches instead of 14

Extremely terrible experience, I placed my order and asked for it to be delivered to my house so I stayed in my garden waiting and when I saw an unmarked car arriving at the house next door and I noticed that it was the delivery man of my order, believe it or not, delivering my order to the house next door but that was nothing because when I looked at the car I could not believe what I saw… a huge dog inside the delivery man’s car so I simply asked him to go back to the store because I would not accept that delivery for hygiene reasons. mixing food to be delivered together with pets. nothing against pets as I have a small puppy but for hygiene reasons they do not mix.

10 out of 10! I placed my order 24 hours in advance for a company pizza party. The day of I called to just confirm and the automated system confirmed my order would be ready at the designated time. I arrived on time and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady who had my order hot and ready! My team loved the pizza!

You’ve got to be kidding me. The young lady who works here needs some serious training. I’ve encountered some very friendly employees here, but have come across her at least twice and she’s horrible. Bad attitude and will likely drive good customers away. This is what she tried to give me tonight (never seen garlic knots look like this and they smelled like cheese). She got an attitude when I asked about them and even worse when I asked for a refund and gave them back! She needs to stay away from customers!

Not exactly a The Works I ordered and was expecting. Looks like a thin crust with added jalapeño. My brother grabbed some slices, but still not the same as the regular Works. They said I get a pizza credit next time, but that means I have to call in and order. Not sure how they keep track, since they did not ask for my name or number. Maybe caller ID???

I accidentally placed an order in this locations, I had multiple times pressing number 5 and no one answered, I finally got to speak with another employee using the prompt to order a pizza and was transferred to the manager, he was very very rude, asking for my name multiple times and saying he didn’t have an order there to cancel, I offered to give the order number and said he could not use it, he then was able to find it using my name, said he would cancel and just hung up, this was a male manager I spoke to, very rude.
