In checking out my order I failed to order the grandson a pepperoni pizza and only ordered a large online When he arrived I was shocked he had one pizza….. he went above and beyond and went and got grandson a small pepperoni….. he corrected a issue

The Papa Johns on Tamil Drive in Aiken SC has it going on! I always order online and my pizza is delivered fast, hot, and perfect. I love extra cheese on the Works or Meats pizzas and I specify well done. It’s perfect and so good! The pizza is never greasy and the crust is never soggy. You can’t go wrong with this Papa Johns!

I made a phone to check the status of my order and the manager “Marty” was very unprofessional, rude, had a nasty attitude very disrespectful. I got a 3 topping special delivered was $20 and I’m very disappointed. It’s barley any pepperoni which I feel is a rip off. No one told me that if I were to get extra cheese or more then one topping the portions would be lowered. I mean just look at this mess. I came into the restaurant. The cashier had a huge attitude just because I was asking how Much longer, myPizza would take He just made an exaggerated sigh and said just a few more minutes and mumbled to his coworkers why can’t people wait and be patient but that wasn’t my only concern there employee that was making my pizza was in their pajamas, literally a little longer than a foot long of their hair was dragging Came home my three-year-old had two strands of long hair in their pizza won’t come back again

This restaurant STEALS YOUR TIPS FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER! I’ve heard rumors of pizza places doing this: they pass off extra orders to Door Dash and supposedly some of them will just steal the tip before entering it into Door Dash. I didn’t think it was really that common but today a customer actually confirmed it for me. Luckily he saw I had a DD bag instead of Papa Johns and was savvy to their scam.
