Papa John’s is a pain to order a pizza in Rock Hill sc On Celanese bypass’s . On line order forces you to pay a delivery fee….. there is no option in to pick up the pizza…… soooooo frustrating……. Will be ordering from other pizza restaurants in he future…….

Papa John’s is usually my first choice when I want pizza. Online ordering is super easy and I love that they have drive-thru pickup. The service isn’t always the best, which is why I don’t go as often as I used to. However, during my last visit, the individual at the window was extremely nice and welcoming. I ordered a NY style pizza because I wanted the big foldable slices. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the cut. My pizza was cut in 9 slices of various sizes. I also ordered garden veggie papa bowl. It had more cheese than anything and very few veggies. It looked NOTHING like the veggie bowl on their website. Needless to say, I will not be ordering a papa bowl again. And it will be a long time before I return to Papa John’s.

I had special notes for the driver, and we had suck a good experience the first lunch, that we ordered again.
I wish I remember the driver‘s name. I was looking through my receipts, but we had the same guy twice.
Awesome dude follow instructions was a pleasure to chat with. Had zero issues both orders I’ll even leave another review for the second order, but give kudos to that driver Please

Ordered the food 2 hours in advance on the app. To have it delivered at 5:30. Have called to check on the order and get automation. It is 6:30 an hour later and still haven’t recieved our pizza. Very poor customer service. I didn’t realize it takes 3 hours to get a pizza. The worst service every. STAY away from papa johns.

Whoever was working and prepared my pizza when I ordered around 7:30pm on 8/15/24 did a wonderful job. Our pizza was loaded with toppings. Thank you for a wonderful pizza! This honestly was probably the best pizza we have ever gotten from Papa Johns. And the lady at the drive up window was very nice!!
