I ordered from this location a few weeks ago, and the pizza was subpar. I called in an order today and asked for a few medium pizzas and 6 bone-in wings. When we picked up the order, we received 10 boneless. We told the woman at the register that was not what we ordered. She looked at the sticker and told us that was what we ordered. Instead of arguing, we took our food home. AGAIN, the food was subpar. The pizza was bland, and the garlic-parm chicken nuggets I received instead of the wings I ordered had no sauce on them. What we thought was an off night a few weeks ago seems to be a trend. Save your money; order from somewhere else.

I ordered Papa John’s and got a notification at 8:01 PM that my order was ready for pickup. I waited in the drive-thru line, got to the window, and was told it was “coming out of the oven now” and would be right out.
After 15 minutes sitting at the window, I was then told the order wasn’t ready and that I needed to pull around and get back in line — which now had five cars in it.
I go back through the line, wait another 15+ minutes just to reach the window again, then sit there another 15 minutes with no food. At that point, I got out of my car and went inside.
The response?
“We didn’t hear you pull up.”
So let’s recap: I waited 45 minutes AFTER being told my order was ready, got cold, gross pizza, and the only explanation was “sorry, I didn’t hear you.”
No offer to remake it. No refund. No accountability. Just excuses.
If you’re curious, order #1277769455 is the one in question.
If you’re going to say an order is ready, it should actually be ready — not sitting around while customers get bounced between the drive-thru and excuses. Completely unacceptable experience.

Ordered today. I ordered an ULTIMATE PEPPERONI PIZZA and received barely the normal amount of pepperonis. They charge $4 more for ultimate over regular pepperoni and cheated me. I’ve had this pizza several times and I know how it should be. Also, do not get the boneless “wings” they are literally Tyson nuggets with lightly drizzled buffalo, look nothing like the pictures used on the website.

This is how the honey chipotle boneless chicken came. They might as well had not put any sauce on them. How hard is it to shake them in sauce so they look like the picture of what it ordered? I haven’t had Papa John’s in forever. I’ve not been missing much.

Made my order and was waiting for about 16 minutes. The food wss hot and I was able to walk in and pick it up. The fam was happy with the selection, overal it tasted pretty good.

I really enjoy Papa John’s. This store is only seven point one miles away from me, and it makes me sad that they do not deliver that far. I know when I work for a different Pizza chain. We did up to 10 miles away from the job. It would be nice. I don’t really care for pizza hut. I’m only 5 miles away from Domino’s, and I can’t even get them to deliver. And it sucks, Papa, John’s won’t deliver because I’m 100%. Believe they’ve got the best Pizza.

Horrible service. Placed an order and delivery is still not here after an hour and 45 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was warm. Not the six cheese pizza with pepperoni added to 1/2. I will not be ordering from Papa John’s again. I called the store and told the driver to pass on this message. Only offer was “possibly “ a credit on my next order. I have not received any credit.

Absolutely no help for the girl working at the front of the store and when a man did come up to “help” he started throwing pizza on the floor in anger. We got a refund and left the madness.

Wait time was excessive, pizza was incorrect (missing toppings) and the sauce tasted funny as if it was spoiled. The cashier was super friendly and apologetic for the wait time which was totally unexpected but welcomed.

I was surprised with this Papa John’s. I tried Papa John’s before about 10 years ago and told myself never again will I eat there. However, my kids kept begging me for it. so, of course, I took them. Anna was the young lady who took care of us that day, and I have to say; Impressive! She was very attentive, responsive, and well mannered! Whoever, are her parents, great job! a FIVE Star 360 service and personality to Anna!
