I ordered 2 pizzas that showed up destroyed. One pizza was smashed with butter sauce opened all in the box and the other pizza has all the toppings pushed to the corner of the box. Had a call in order……….They got my order wrong then when I called and told them they said they would have it ready just bring the order back that was wrong the young lady didn’t tell them to remake the order and we had to wait for the longest………One was still wrong I asked for my money back and they told me I couldn’t get my money back until the manager came back in……….And while I was there 2 other people came back because their orders were wrong…………..SMH………Greenwood SC businesses are just ran in the ground literally ANOTHER ONE I WOULD’NT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE VISITING GREENWOOD

PAPA JOHN disappointed me today. I ordered a medium pizza and an order of brownies. Well, I requested the brownies to be split and transferred to two separate boxes, since they were going to two different households. Cassie, a manager, at the Greenwood, SC, location said they could not separate the brownies. Therefore, I asked to speak with the other manager, and politely explained my request and offered an explanation for my request. Mark, the General Manager, identified himself as the GM, and was very rude and refused my request. I was given a box and told to split them myself.
