Always something . Ordered delivery for my boys. I got home a couple of hours later. I opened the boxes and to my surprise, the super Hawaiian pizza is a pepperoni pizza with green peppers, definitely not what I ordered. Another time, I was given someone else’s order with their name on it. Even left the pan in the box another time. I guess I just need to try a different location. I did appreciate the manager taking care of this and have the correct pizza delivered.

Customer service was great. I usually get my baked wings from Cherrydale location but happen to be passing location on Pleasantdale. This wings wasn’t cooked all the way through or something because they didn’t taste done and I had a bad stomach ache later that evening.

It tasted okay but I think if you pay $13 for a small pizza you should put enough toppings were you can really taste the flavors. I ordered a chicken & spinach pizza and I mostly got cheese very little chicken and about 2 spinach leafs on a small pizza for $13. I paid more got less.

Called in an order at 7:45 PM to the Greenville S. Pleasantburg location on a Saturday (the store closes at midnight). We were told that they were not taking any more orders for the night. Wow… how pitiful is that. I don’t need them, and evidently, they don’t need me either.

Ordered a pizza online and arrived early. Waited until my order was ready according to the app and then got in line. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes as the person working the drive through window allowed the cars ahead of me to wait in place until their orders were ready? I tried calling their posted number and no one answered.
How hard is it to tell someone that their order isn’t ready and they’ll need to pull around and not block the drive through???
Really was a turnoff and must be a reflection of how this franchise is operated

Worst place to take out your order.
1. Worst tasting pizza in my life. They dont know how to make pizza. Just dumped too much sauce cheeze and loads of veggies on thin crust.
2. Order was ready but I have to be in drive through lane?
Ok; I called them to confirm if I can walk-in the store, she confirmed over the phone. Now No one is opening the door and lastly manager said I have to pickup my order from drive through.
