The employee that took my order over the phone was very friendly and helpful. The food was delivered within 30 mins. Hot, fresh and super yummy! We got the Super Hawaiian with Epic stuffed crust, The cheesy Alfredo with Epic stuffed crust and the jack o’ lantern pie for our Halloween festivities! Kids loved it!!!!

Good food, horrible pricing, and delivery communication!
We ordered pizza and bread sticks. The food was hot, good, and looked good. We had two separate orders, and they sent two separate people for this delivery within 3 minutesof each other.
The 1st guy delivered to our room, the 2nd lady delivered across the street. We had to look for her at that. It took 45 minutes. Because of the delivery situation, which was not clear, I gave a major deduction.
They advertised delivery to our hotel room at Ocean One Resort and did not fulfill their obligation. We should not have had to go across the street to get our order.
I do feel like we were overcharged for 2 lg pepperoni pizzas – brownies dessert – bread sticks with marina sauce – 12pc wings were $99.99

Just had the XL New York Style Pizza delivered, and it is the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Ordered it online for a future time, it arrived right on the dot. Couldn’t ask for it to be any easier and like I said it was excellent.

If i could give less than one star i would. Ordered BBQ wings. Delivered and was not BBQ but was Buffalo. Called and no one answered it just rang. Wife tried calling and finally spoke with someone who said he was a manager. I spoke with him and he put me on hold and then hung up on me. Called back. Told me he was out of wings. Told him i didn’t care just send something my kids would eat because they can’t eat buffalo because it is too spicy. Said he would give me a gift card and to come get it. Told him i did delivery for a reason i am not coming to get it. If he is going to deliver a gift card he can deliver food. Said he only has two delivery drivers. Told him they (the store) are the ones who messed up the order that i am not driving up there. He hung up on me again. Called a third time and spoke to Chris because so called manager would answer the phone. Told Chris if i got hung up on again i would be showing up in person and would not end well for the manager. He put this so called manager on the phone again. Told me he didn’t hang up on me. Replied why did i call back and on a different phone. He replied he had customers in the store to deal with. Said he would TRY to send 15 poppers in BBQ in its place. Said that is fine i just wanted something my kids would eat. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FOR MY KIDS TO EAT. Filed a complaint with customer service and was told the GM would call me. Still waiting.

Went to pick up my order. The older lady with red lipstick and gray short hair took everyone ahead of me and then asked me what my name was. She then told me my order wasn’t ready. I stood there for about a total of fifteen minutes I look over on the shelf at the same

I haven’t been to a Papa Johns in years, but when I saw the commercial about their new stuffed crust I had to try. I went in person today and Brent at the counter was very nice and made my pizza in under 15 minutes, being busy. It was so delicious, it’s my new favorite pizza.

Papa John’s offers pizzas, desserts, wings. Always look for their offers before ordering, theres a huge difference in price. But i do like their food.

Been ordering from here years, and the service was always good. I assume the whole staff is new now, even down to management. Tonight, my order was supposed to be delivered at 9:45. I kept checking the app and no knock at the door. At 9:55 the app told me my order was deliver at 9:35. Called the store and the girl tracked it and said DoorDash left it by a green dumpster. From the tone in her voice, I could tell she thought it was funny. She told me they could refund me or send out another order. I told her I’d take another and pick it up myself cause I order for my kids and didn’t want to risk the same issue. Long story short, when I got there I requested a full refund and the food for free. The manager gave me a delivery discount, so I literally paid for the full order anyway. Got it home, my kids were sleep and the pizza was dry and like warm. This store has went down in quality. It’ll be a long time before give them another shot, if I even.
