Needed 10 pizzas on short notice for work function. Spoke to Johnny and he was happy to accommodate. Had them all ready and delivered to us in about 45 minutes. The young lady that delivered them was very polite and friendly and took extra care to make sure our order was correct. All in all was a great experience from folks at this location!

This location has the best employees. While we did have a miscommunication regarding soda , not only did our driver offer to buy them for us , he actually went above and beyond and went and got the 2 we asked for. He also went ahead and came to deliver them to us all while we had already ate our food . If that isn’t customer service then I don’t know what is keep up the awesome service

Are we consider this to be a typical Papa John’s location for food. I enjoyed the fact that in the town of Hartsville they were open late and also open on a Sunday which helped immensely when I was there working the outage. the staff was friendly I never had any real issues with the food or with deliveries they were on time and or not a problem with the temperature either

They oviously can not get their stuff straight! I ordered pizza and cheese sticks and I received a supreme pizza. My boyfriend not knowing what I ordered accepted pizza from the person. Then I called them telling them they sent the wrong order They send someone with the right order and to pick up the wrong one. The other delivery lady arrived and my boyfriend went out and swapped the pizza. She told him there should be more he simply said no this is all we got. She Gave him attitude and he simply walked inside. She remained in our yard for 15 minutes blaring her horn!!! And then next thing we knew the law was beating on our window (not the door)! After going out there and spending 30 minutes outside with all of them he finally got to come inside because like I say the whole thing was their screw up! Then they tried to say we didn’t even pay for our pizza when we paid with a credit card online! They wanted him arrested!! Horrible experience! We order pizza weekly! And never will again!

Don’t like to work, walk, or drive. Never ordered a decent thing off the menu but only delivery near me. If it doesn’t arrive extra late and extra cold and nasty, consider yourself lucky. Don’t deliver if they feel the weather is bad but stay open and expect you to drive in. If its safe to be open and expect customers to come in, its safe enough to actually work. Weekly orderer but totally done with this business. Worst ran pizza delivery company in Hartsville.

They are so stingy with the toppings it is ridiculous. I love PJ’s but the one in Hartsville is terrible. They closed down and reopened, this time providing the quality product I love from papa john. Ordered a pizza online. 1 hour goes by and nothing. Called the store to see what was taking so long, and the guy answers ‘Oh, all of a sudden we got busy.’ and put me on hold for 5 minutes. The driver eventually got on the phone and she said she was leaving with my delivery right now. I don’t live far from the store I ordered from. 30 mins go by and I called again. Different guy with an attitude who told me I ordered my order 30 minutes ago. I told him I ordered it 1 1/2 hours ago and he told me that I didn’t and online orders can take up to 1 1/2 – 2 hours. I told him I want a refund and he hung up on me. Terrible service.
