Ordered pizza online at 7:30. Delivery was supposed to be by 8: 15. At 8:30 I called and was told it would be 30 more minutes. At 9:15 I called and was told it would be another 30 minutes. At 9:45 I called and they said that it would be another hour. Absolutely atrocious timeline. It’s not hard to toss pre-made pizza dough throw cheese and toppings on it put it in the oven and get it out the door….. but they are incapable of doing it.

We’ve been trying to order for hours. Tried using Uber Eats at first & waited over an hour just for them to cancel. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt & called instead. I asked if it was too late to order as it was almost 12:30am & they close at 1am. I was assured there was no issue & my order was placed. Then, I ended up getting a call at 12:40 that they decided to stop taking orders early tonight so they could get an early start on cleaning… Beyond ridiculous.

Ordered our pizza almost 2hrs ago called to see where it was and it’s still at the store. They said that they were waiting for an uber driver to pick it up. So we said we would just come and pick it up. They gave us back our delivery fee of $5 and our pizza is cold from sitting there that long. They offered to remake it but it would be 30 minutes uh NO!
We won’t be ordering from them again and my husband is going to call the Mgr tomorrow to talk to him about their service.

I always order from here and get my food delivered. It’s usually after a long day at work when I’m tired and lazy and want to be catered too. Doordash always delivers it and it’s usually always fine. Today however, the driver messed up my order… He either kept it or delivered it to the wrong address, I’m not sure. All I know is I didn’t get it and he didn’t respond to my text/call. It wasn’t Papajohn’s fault but I was still pretty upset and hangry. I called the store and they remade it for me and took off the delivery fee. I ended up picking it up myself to avoid any further delay. They were all nice and understanding in the store. Never questioning the integrity of the situation. I hate it because they lost money and I lost time. Plus I just hate situations like that because I think to myself, “Do they believe me. Do they not believe me.) Not thoughts I want to ponder when going to pick up food that was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. I just wanted to be home eating pizza and watching TV! Anyway, the moral of the story is that Doordash sometimes sucks and I with they would go back to having their own drivers. They handled it very well though. 5 stars

If I could give ZERO stars I would.
Ordered one of the bowls they rave about on the commercials and online and didn’t even receive enough to feed my 7 year old child.
Ridiculous.
Called the store and they were VERY rude. Asked for the managers name and to speak with them and did not let me.
Offered to even come up and receive another and denied. We literally order Papa John’s EVERY Friday but today we wanted it since we skipped last night but I promise our Friday night pizza nights service will go elsewhere.

Great little pizza shop. Be prepared to wait during the day, they usually only have one person working, and he works hard. I DoorDash, and always have to wait here. One of the cleanest pizza places in town.

Just ordered tonight and when my pizza never came i was told an hr later that they were still waiting on door dash to pick it up. Meanwhile my son has yet to have dinner and school is in the morning. My wife had to leave here at 1030 pm to pick up a pizza that was probably overpriced due to delivery prices. I’m overly dissatisfied I demand a full refund and next time it’ll be pizza hut

It has probably been 6 years since we’ve had Papa John’s – We typically do Domino’s if we’re getting fast pizza on a Friday. But, I saw that Papa was doing a deal, so we tried it out again. YIKES. We’re not fans of eating raw dough, so I had to heat it up in the oven.. Not very fun after a week of making dinners, working, and wanting a relaxed night. Needed a magnifier to find the sauce on the pizza. “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza?” More like, “Where are my ingredients, Is this really Pizza.” My wife warned me it was gonna be bad.. Luckily, I picked her up some Chick-fil-A on the way home as a backup.. Wish I would have got me some.

If they send a dasher to deliver your food and the dasher steals your food, don’t expect any help. At least not from “Sarah”, but I think she gave a fake name. We just wanted a refund for AT LEAST the tip and delivery fees but had to give up and hang up once she said she doesn’t care.
