*update* the GENERAL MANAGER has now confirmed that even though i never received my order, it is “impossible” to issue a refund. they even told me calling doordash wouldn’t help me! This is actually theft and i’m now escalating this to a corporate level!
also as a former papa johns employee i know for fact, he has to call the MERCHANT SUPPORT LINE for companies who deliver through doordash, give them the order number and have them issue a refund! i can’t call that line myself.
I paid for my order through the papa tracking link. a delivery driver never picked it up. so i called to get a refund. first i was told id be refunded and issued a $10 credit for the inconvenience! (props to peyton he clearly knows what’s up) called back a week later when i didn’t receive the refund, and the man in store (chris) simply told me they “cannot help” because i paid through that link. i have the transaction history and they said there’s nothing they can do. i order from here frequently and i would really like to keep doing so. can i please have my $24 dollars? thank you.

I’m disabled and ordering delivery is usually very difficult!!! but Ty went out of his way to inform my driver of the situation. He even went as far as to call after my order was completed to ensure that it was delivered properly. Genuinely such a sweet thing to do and Im grateful. I’m so glad this is the closest Papa Johns to my house!

If you call the Papa John’s in Moncks corner be prepared to get someone else’s orders the wrong order and terrible customer service! And this ain’t the first time it’s literally the fourth time seems like they can get it right after once or twice or three times! Never eating Papa John’s again. And today though I would give them one more shot and they screwed up again. While calling in order they told us they would only accept cash and then hung up did not return the phone call and had to come up here to the store to place our order and once again very poor employees. Very bad attitudes

Usually always have a great experience with Papa John’s. The food is almost always perfect. The service is normally exceptional. We have had problems in the past but the employees are human too. They make mistakes just like the next person.

First of all, there was a hairy hat and jacket literally ON THE COUNTER where food is made/distributed, picture for proof!!!! Do NOT order from this Papa John’s! I placed on order, had the order details for the employee or manager (not sure who it was) to see, and he still did not give me the pizza that I ordered. He just claimed that he could not do anything about it, and he literally saw my email!! You’re going to tell me that you can’t count? The order literally had quantity two for pizza and one cheese bread, yet they still claimed that they only saw one pizza on their end. Ok I get it, people claim all of the time that they placed an order that doesn’t exist, but I had email proof. Then they didn’t want to even acknowledge a deal online so that I could order another one. I’m sorry, but that is beyond poor customer service!
